    Ingredients:
    Brownie
    Dark Chocolate 250 grams.
    Butter 140 grams.
    Eggs 3 (no.1)
    Sugar 150 grams.
    All Purpose Flour 120 grams.
    Cocoa Powder 4 Tablespoons
    Cheesecake
    Cream Cheese 400 grams.
    Sugar 140 grams.
    Eggs 2 (no.1)
    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven 170°C.
    2. Melted chocolate and butter in microwave, set aside.
    3. In mixing bowl add eggs, sugar whisk together just combined, then add melted chocolate (warm) and mixed well.
    4. Add sifted all purpose flour, cocoa powder and mixed well.
    5. Pour brownie batter in lined baking tray 8×8×2 inches. Set aside.
    6. Mixed cream cheese, add sugar then add egg one at a time. Mixed well, then pour over the brownie batter.
    7. Drops some left over brownie batter and use bamboo stick to swirl the top.
    8. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
