If you want a micellar water that you can use on it's own, Bioderma micellar water is really the only one that i've tried that works very well and doesn't break me out or affect my skin negatively in any way. And if you want to use it as the first step in double cleansing it works amazing for that as well. I use it for removing makeup, including waterpoof mascara. For waterproof mascara and other stubborn makeup I use it with resuable makeup removing pads like the face halo

Yeah! Maybe the only benefit of capitalism 😅 Due to sanitary reasons, stores don’t resell it if its been opened, but they will give you your money back or store credit. I’ve personally only done this with foundation. It looked okay in the store but turned out to be a bad match irl.
