KYC for Vbucks? Maybe I'm _somehow_ the one who's wrong, but I think Dan doesn't understand the situation there. I highly doubt there is any KYC surrounding Vbucks. Especially when you can get gift cards for Vbucks, which are untrackable. And while you could argue that you'd need to register some sort of real ID before being able to redeem such a gift card (IDK if that's even required or not; I'm guessing not considering how many kids play that game), there is not much way to prevent people just inputting fake data.
The thing for KYC is if you can pull money out of the system (to track any money laundering attempts), and money doesn't come out of that box aside from 3rd party account selling stuff (at which point those 3rd parties should be the ones that need to be getting KYC info)
