It's all to do with the iac sensor and the air to air intercooler setup and with the combo i have its been tuned a certain way to get it to work as good as possible if your had experience with the similar combo and modifications im sure you understand the Characteristics and manners of this kind of setup

@@super6garage864 yeah nah, its in the tune. mine did this when I changed injector brand, exact same size. tuner tuned it out and it is just constant lump now. take it back to the tuner to get it sorted, I can guarantee if you have a afr gauge is going rich/lean/rich/lean and timing is taking a play to catch and release....
SMH VY went from mid 2002 to mid 2004 VZ went from mid 2004 to mid 2006 for sedans and 2007 for utes and wagons And the only visual update the VZ calais got was a front end facelift and the chrome around the rear indicators/reverse lights turned black

@@super6garage864 i have an isuzu mu with an l67 swap and it does the same thing, got it tuned and it did it less but it still hunts

2004 are a VZ not a VY has the same back as a VZ as well strangely enough
Not 100% sure but usually there will be overlap in year/series early 04 vy later 04 vz same with Vt/Vx you can get vt and vx from 2000.
