நன்றி ஐயா. வழக்கறிஞர் எல்லாரும் பொதுவாக தன் client இடம் வழக்குகாக பெற்ற பணத்துக்கு விதி 30 படி செலவு நகல் பட்டியல் கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என வழக்கறிஞர் கடமையாக உள்ளது. ஆனால் எந்த வழக்கறிஞர்யும் செய்வது இல்லை. இது பற்றி தங்கள் கருத்து என்ன?
Certainly. A lawyer is not an exception amongst the professionals. In fact, you would be surprised to know that the fees of many lakhs or crores that you read in newspapers are certainly reflected in the fee receipts that are issued by the concerned lawyer. You may bear in mind that the companies and other firms that can afford heavy fees generally do not pay in cash.
In fact, many leading lawyers do not accept cash and this is so much before Mr. Modi tried to paint a picture that he is encouraging white money and discouraging the black economy !
