      Did you watch the whole tutorial? You have to increase the value of the Blackbody Intensity in the Principled Volume node

      Okay weird, try bumping up the volume light paths. If that doesn't work maybe try it with a color ramp plugged into the color and experiment a bit. Or you can try it with a volume scatter instead of a principled volume. Normally it should work.
