Don’t get married. They don’t have the same mindset on money.
Fighting about money already lol
The thumbnail image for this video has a huge typo! “Combing” 😂😂😂
Thats what the caller tries to do: comb the money 😅
It's even more complicated when you're planning to remarry in later life and one partner has NO CHILDREN and the other partner has!
He loves his sister more than her.
Time to fly away, lady. You are 52!
At 52 you do need a pre-nup.
Make it fair, but a partnership agreement and pre-nup is the best route. Get an attorney.
So... she thinks about him and he thinks about his sister? 😐
He does think about her. He thinks she has enough 😂But seriously, men die earlier. She has a point but she doesn't really give him anything if his health weaker. And if it dies or his ancestors doesn't live long, does she really think about him?
Two of my sisters pretty much raised me, while our mother was busy working to provide. Half sisters btw
Not to imply, this lady seems sincere, but have you ever heard an expression Black Sister? Can sister divorce you?
I feel that they should keep thein finances separate and don't involve an investor as a marriage counselor.
Yes - and she said " hes a good man". Humm, I would question that!
Hi
Why should your fiance leave all his money to his Sister who has a Husband!! You should come first!
Exactly!
That's his sister's problem, not his.
@@larah9870 Then he shouldn't have gotten married.
@@jimroscovius Apparently his sister is not a problem but a family to him.
My two step sisters raised me more then our mother, who was busy providing. And my wife left me...
Hi
Women live longer than men, and husbands are usually older than the wife. What does that mean? He dies 5-10 years before she does.
Secondly, that's his sister and his nieces and nephews. Why should he give money to adult step children he met just a couple years ago??
You weren’t listening. Her plan, since she understands a traditional marriage is that if she dies first her money goes to HIM, with the understanding that he’d leave that money to her kids when he dies.
Not too hard to understand.
@@Mexicobeanpole If her money goes to him, and then back to her children then what does she gives to him really? If he died first!, more likely them not, for the reason above, she gets all the money. Not an equal partnership as she claims.
She is something else.
Edit: Also this is not a traditional marriage by any means. It includes other party's children, sister and niece...
screw it. Don't leave him anything
Daniel Garcia 😂
Statistically, she won't because more than likely he will die before her. Why do her grown adult children get money because her new husband croaks?
The husband-to-be sounds like a lucky man.
I hope you are been sarcastic 🙂.
To me it sounds like a business relationship, not a love relationship.
Marriage is a business transaction.
PLEEEZ, PLEEEZ,🙏 Put your EQUITABLE agreement in writing with a lawyer! It's the fair way to spare your loved ones the added grief and feuding that can follow if you don't! And Thank You DR for following Gods Good Book!
They will feud anyway.
If I had to get involved in a second marriage, I would definitely get a prenup.
There is absolutely no point in getting married. Especially a second time
Second marriages are the triumph of hope over experience.
Mike Betts They are but so many of them fail. In fact, they have a higher failure rate than 1st marriages at 65 percent.
Not disagreeing with your stated facts. Just pointing out that my comment was a joke. People are often hopeful even when past experience says "this is not going to turn out well".
OUCH! why not? if they can agree about their finances that would be nice.
@@alex124241 could be because people tend to rush into second marriages without taking time to evaluate why the first marriage failed. They end up repeating the same mistakes.
This is great. Good advice for 2nd marriages or even 1st marriages where there are substantial assets involved. Yes. God's money. We are stewards/stewardess. Thanks, Dave.
I'm sure he's saying "keep your money". If they're cooperating on a joint house, she needs to back off.
I don’t know if I’d dedicate the rest of my life to a man, who probably, would die before me, who would leave it all to his children, or to the freaking sister. I have no headaches, AKA children.
my husband has kids, I never did. BUT, want to leave some money to my 3 oldest nephews and nieces. as he wants to leave some money to his 4 kids. and the rest goes to each other.
He doesn't want to leave to her because he doesn't want his hard earned cash to go to someone elses kids. No problem with that.
dallastaylor 547 But if she leaves her money to him, and _hoping_that it will go to her kids?? Right. He’ll give it all to his iiresponsible sister.
Yeah except of course, it’s not going to her kids. But other than that...
Then don't get married.
Once he got married, they are his kids too. They are now one.
@@jimroscovius I mean marriage really IS and SHOULD BE PURELY as CONTRACTUAL a JOINT BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP only in the Personal Realm
When I am gone the 401k is going to charity.
The money that runs through this show, and they can’t see a typo in the thumbnail.
Combing money is important though.
Love is worth more than money. If two people are not in love, Two minds ...
Looks like someone messed up the thumbnail lol, “combing”.
They should keep their assets separate and love each other
Each party should get their own attorney. Draw up a reasonable, equitable plan that both parties are generally happy with. Make sure there is no ambiguity.
At 52 she needs to be married? Is she having kids?
Why not leave it to your kids. You chose a man over your kids. smfh
The kids are grown adults.
combing or combining?
Yes
Balding.
Ty!
Combing money 😂😂
Put it in a trust: What if She leaves her money to him, and he turns around and leaves ALL the money to his sister! It, he could remarry and that chick gets it all.... Sister and kids up a creek!!!
They should reciprocate in kind same amount.
Who gets the double-wide?!?
Is he leaving her the House and $50,000. Sounds like he is splitting his assets 50/50. Daves plan is 100% all her children?
No... He said, to see a lawyer. And he presented various options about the split...
Why do all the discussions involve money a guy makes and saves. Sure be fun to hear more stories of women working, saving and giving their assets.
@@patriciaalbertson5183
Wida-er
neither should leave the 401K to the spouse
This is a joke..
Absolute insanity, a wife is not an heir. By this point in his life, he's entitled to have chosen an heir, he chose his sister, whether she's a good choice or not is irrelevant, it's his choice. She has selected her heirs, namely her children, but she has no right to try to redirect his fortune towards them. This is just a cynical maneuver to try to steal from his heir to get more for her heirs. If I were him, I'd demand a prenup to keep her out of my finances; money aside you have to have some self respect, you can't allow yourself to be manipulated like that.
Thanks, there is a few people here with clear mind.
Yeah but you could be really really wrong.... And it could be him up to Something
Statistically a 2nd marriage has a higher rate of divorce as compared to a 1st marriage. And whose money is it if your an Atheist and don't believe in God?
It’s still God’s.
No combining money period...i used to think that its ok but today theee so called good men will run off to some women with your money....let him get married to his sister...and pls dont marry him ..
God,
You are more than welcome to Dave's money but don't you even look at my money. Its all mine.
Hi
6/22/18.....WHY doesn't fiance DIE NOW so his sister & her hubby & kids can THROW AWAY THEIR INHERITANCE?
As his new wife, this woman SHOULD COME Ist! Then she can give/leave what she has to het own kids.
Future hubby should set up a trust or give SMALL % OR EVEN HALF OF HIS IRA to his sister....THAT'S ALL + THAT'S FAIR!
BET SISTER WON'T LIKE THAT!
BET SISTER DOESN'T WANT BRO TO GET MARRIED!
Dont combine, just communicate when spending
Wierd she sounds like he will die once they got married..... its sooooo wierd,,.. shes gonna kill him! ! !
No!
"How to comb money"
That's what the thumbnail suggests
As a hairdresser of old money I was very disappointed...
Dear Adam,God is the one who gave you the gift of life and any ability you have to earn an income. Thank Him and accept His gift of salvation through His son Jesus who took your place on the cross. I did many years ago and trust me you will not regret it!!
Why does God and churches need so much money? Isn't he all powerful?
Religion is a business and businesses exist to make money and get rich!
And they don’t pay taxes
I love when people live their lives, and make real world decisions, by quoting the Jewish Book of Fairy Tales.....aka the Bible.
What he wants to do with his money....the money he has spent his lifetime accumulating, sacrificing, and saving.....is his business....his money to decide. He knows his second wife has a rock solid retirement plan, and will have a place to live if she dies before him. She does not NEED the money....his sister NEEDS the money. FFS.
I think you meant if he dies before her
Maybe
Gods money? Uh no it’s their money.
Sorry, my money is not gods, it's mine! God Didn't work for it, I did.
d00m92 you need to take a course in logic lol
Who gave you the breath of life and strength and good health to accumulate that money 🙃🙃🙃🙃
@@astere2000 Human evolution and biology. You should read up on that. Don't think God is keeping you wealthy.
