@@Akib-ou3cy I don't eat anything special but mainly focus on intake of food....whatever is it whether its egg, chicken, raw veggies and many more. I never say no to food...Infact I am muscular..I do my workout 6 days a week and just eat whatever is available 😂😂🥂
Gym workout
Breakfast- 2 roti+ sabji+ 2 boiled eggs(1without yolk)
12.30pm - 2 brown bread +peanut butter +(shake -kele+chiku+milk)
Lunch- (dal + CHAVAL + dahi)
Pre workout- (alloo/dahi Or sakrgandi Or kele)
Post workout- (shake- 1kela+1chiku) or kele
Dinner- salad+ dal+ chaval+
Before bed- (chuare + hot milk)

Morning : Any sabji
With ghee / butter roti
2 eggs 1 with yok and 1 without
Then 12:30 or 1 : Chikoo and banana shake , with peanut butter with brown bread
Then for lunch : any sabji with chawal and dhai
Then per workout :- 2 or 3 bananas or aloo and dhai
After workout shake - Chikoo and banana
For dinner : same as lunch but with salad
Then for supper late night : milk
