I saw true gains when I worked isolation in terms of body parts!
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Biceps
Thursday - Back/Shoulder
Friday - Triceps
The only thing I’d change would having an isolated day for biceps and triceps due to having them being worked on other days- but hey more power to ya for big arms 💪

I usually like to start with 5 sets of pullups and about 2 to 3 sets of lat pull down to warm up
Great way to get the entire body warmed up. I’d take pull ups over most pulldown machines personally 💪

@@muscleandstrength I like to Isolate as much as possible so Chest and Biceps, Back and Triceps Legs which is quads and hamstrings and calves Shoulders traps and delts I throw forarms in on either bicep or Tricep day all depending on the time I have at the end of the training.
