Mr. Arias, thank you so much for going over the Haldex options so concisely! This thing is actually hooking up at this point; big difference! It sounds like you have done a lot to your S3. What horsepower and torque numbers are you running, and did you change your launch rpm to accommodate the increased HP and TQ? I understand that modifying the launch RPM set point is not something OBDeleven can do, I was just wondering if you did it as part of your performance ECU tune?

Locking the car while you leave it running to walk around is arguably the best one you are right. Very convenient for a daily driver.
It’s my favorite in terms of safety and I know it’ll come in handy on those freezing days
I did too. But my dumb ass kept walking out of work 8 hours to later to find my car sitting there idling.

My 17 q7 did not have most of these options. I could not find the lock with engine on feature either. Oh well. OBDeleven still did a few cool trick for me. And now I have a dedicated code reader for my Audi and the wife gets the blue driver installed.
It def varies car to car also you may be able to find different forums online to aid you a bit better on what you want to change and such but it’s def a great tool!

Increased traction, within Acoustic Measure wiring logic does not change the ratio of FWD / RWD, it basically engages the rear wheels quicker than standard which is a noticeable improvement 👍🏻

Yes you can! Which is one of its biggest benefits of use

Hello great video, can you please do one with keyfob programming on obd eleven there is no app to do it so I guess you need to code it. Audi a6 2012
So I’ll be honest I’m not 100% sure if programming a key is possible with obdeleven. Not saying it can’t be done but I haven’t come across any forum stating that it’s possible to do
When do you plan on going to the track? Any other hardware changes next time you go?
Might try and go tomorrow actually. No other changes hardware but software wise starting vibrations turned off and Haldex set for more traction
I have the up and down function off the key fob by default, so am surprised that is not normal. But after watching this all, you should have these choices without buying the ODB 11, that's really rubbish they don't have all these options by default via the cars interface.

I did deactivate it I just didn’t show myself sliding the coding to the right which is why you still see the oem coding of “active” which maybe I should have shown

What’s the difference between pro and standard

Does the keyless entry disable for good ? Or only when the car is running and locked ? Like can you still use keyless when first walking up to your car in the mourning ?
Absolutely you can. It will not disable stock function. It will only change when taking the key and having the ability to lock the car
is there a code that locks the door as soon as it closes?
I just want to use the Mirror Dip Down and Soundaktor.......would the standard do it?
You should be able to do it with no issues on the apps section
I ordered this for my 2018 Audi A5 Convertable specifically to change the setting to allow the car to be locked while the engine is still running. That doesn't seem to be an option for my car. UGH.

Thank you! And this shouldn’t create any issues at all. Only thing to keep in mind if you decide to mess with the Haldex in giving the car a more 50/50 AWD drive style it puts more stress on the Haldex system so make sure you keep up with proper maintenance of the Haldex system more regularly. Everything else is just extra no issue changes!

Is the is this obd11 really worth it? I’ve read that people don’t enjoy it because theres only some mods you can do with the base subscription given to you, what’s your opinion?? I’m on the fence about getting this after a tune 😅
This is my opinion tbh, it’s a great scanner and if you like to code things and read the cars live data and perform services that are needed etc it’s amazing. If you’re only gonna use it as a normal obd2 scanner then you can def find a cheaper option. This is good for making custom changes you want in a car with the pro subscription

Is it safe to mess around with HALDEX on OBD11 if i currently have a ECU/TCU tune?
It won’t have any negative effects on your ecu and tcu tunes. It’ll put more stress on the Haldex obviously as it would put the AWD system closer to a 50/50 ratio for example

No second key needed! The engine will stay running while the key is in your pocket. God forbid someone tried stealing it the car wouldn’t detect the key and that person would be screwed lol
Do you think the advanced traction would help in the snow?
I’m sure it will! I’ve played around with it already and it’s extremely noticeable on the street. It would rip in the snow for sure. Just make sure your Haldex system is 100% fresh fluid etc

@@MrChans_S3 i’ve done it with a stage 1 rs3 8v fl 2017. But then km/h so 0-100 went from 3.6 to 3.2 as fastest. Tested with draggy.
Can you lower the factory air ride with that ?
You can yes! If you have the S6 for example you can modify the values with obd11 if I’m not mistaken to have the car sit lower
Does this void your warranty? Like a tune does? Audi can tell if you tune your car and they void your warranty. Nice video brother!!

So I wouldn’t say very function is covered with this tool. You can do alot with obd11 from changes and coding etc but vcds will still give you everything 100% but obd11 is a bit more user friendly cost effective etc. if you’re trying to do basic adaptions coding and changing features on your car this will work perfectly

ZV Allgemein does not come up as an option for me? 2017 R , new OBD11 Pro. I believe I tried to enable it via APPS, but it was "not supported". Perhaps my control modules are not able to provide this function---damn, it was one of the main reasons I purchased the device.

you can do it without cridet by loge coding options
Windows function with the key fob comes standard by default no need to use obd11 to activate it

Yes it can
With the Keyless entry window change, does Keyless entry work again if car isn't started? I saw u said it doesn't work when car is started.
It’ll work like normal when the car is off and getting into it etc. the only time the keyless entry stops working is when your car is running and you lock it to go into a store for example. When you go to get into the car again (while it’s running) you will have to unlock it with the key. In every other situation the keyless entry works like normal locking and unlocking

Unfortunately not with this device. You would need an ecu tune from your chosen company and some bolt on mods to achieve more power
Adaptations: didn't know there were more features. Thought all the kool features were done with the apps, or long coding.

Does the car have to be on accessory mode or can i use it while the car is on?
Depending on what you want to do the car needs to only be in accessory but if yours scanning or even switching apps from the device when the car is on you’re good. Many times if the car needs to be in accessory the app will tell you

What kind of gauge? Like individual pressures from each corner?
@@DArias Yes, tire pressure on all four corners. That’s the one thing I wish the car came with.
Do the mods work on a Q3?
Some may but I cannot guarantee they all will as the Q3 has different ecu coding
You believe the the obd11 pro is worth it?
If you are going to be doing a lot of coding and changing stuff up then yes. To do long coding on your car you need the pro version. Now you want to just have the ability to scan and change some of the feature apps etc then I feel the standard pack is good for you. I went for the pro because it comes with more credits and I also wanted to code in the rs3 gauges etc and will be making more changes in the future

Not 100% sure as the a6 has a different ecu code etc. not sure if it will allow for the same changes

What a stupid app, that you have to pay credits every time you change something ! Get the Ross-tech cable and you be done for life. I have mine for over 10 years and its still supported. Now that's what I call a good serviced product.
I respect your opinion on that. I get both sides. All you need credits for is to change app things which you won’t do more than once. Luckily the adaptations and everything else works like vagcom as it’s free to code etc. i get your point though!
You don't have to pay for every change. It's a shortcut for people who don't want to spend too much time on getting to know the right coding. But you could very well use the manual from vcds to learn the coding ;)

Why didn’t you deactivate the torque limitation in the starting vibration reduction?? Lmao you only did half of what’s needed 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Thankfully my R already had it deactivated so I just had to deactivate the starting vibration
unplug your soundakator for free in 5 minutes by unplugging it

It vibrates the windshield... they did it because they're lazy and did zero acoustic engineering with the cars exhaust system the gen 3 e888 sounds like ass and that's largely due to a lack of an exhaust manifold.
It's OBD 2 not 11 !!!
Yes the port it goes into is the OBD2 but the device itself is called OBD 11

Wtf. All my cars which a had before, VW mk5 , VW MK4 , Audi A3 8P 2007 and Audi a6 c7 2017, I had all this by default with key remote This OBD 11 shit AF. Or you buy car a piece of rubbish. 🤷🏽
