While stressed, I literally NEVER get full. I keep eating something, then craving something else junky. I can't stop until I am content..
I wanna feel soothing, loving caress and embrace, cared for, accepted, loved, etc
Totally understandable. This is so hard! I personally know that I find love and acceptance in God. Have you considered that before? :)

I just binge ate several waffles at 3am. The taste of the waffles were fine, I slathered them in butter and light syrup but what I realized I was waiting for was that feeling. That feeling idk what it signifies. Feeling of the full pain that radiates throughout my body. I feel more connected like without that feeling all my limbs feel detached. Idk I'm just kinda realizing all this right now.
I need help!

I love mod pizza,healthier choices of ur favorite food and I'm a comfort eater to when I was stressed I gained weight I either don't eat or eat. To help with stress
I become so stressed out that chips or soda become comforting but am stuck at this weight and can go below that
Relax. You have come so far well done. Keep on being you. Push through adversity and then say "whew that was hard but I rolled through it like a real pro" 😅.
I like mod pizza cause they offer a variety of healthy options,thing crust pizza cauliflower pizza crust mostly veggie topping I like mod better then pizza hut all fast food pizza places little Caesars so papa murphys and mod are my fav cause papa murphys also offers healthy choices run crust cause pizza really fattening
