I really don't understand why they have to change the movie title. I have watched Red Stone. I thought this was another movie. Barely a minute after it started, I stopped watching.

great movie, it came up as being called: Red Stone, not Blalck Notice. when Neal McDonough is in a movie you know its going to be good. typical of kids today... no "thank you" - for having his life saved twice.
Yeah, that kid was not someone that you want to root for. I had heard bits and pieces about the Dixie Mafia, guess it was real, maybe still is, hopefully not, Dixie politicians are doing enough crime.
