Kessler Crane Control Box Repair

In this video I try to repair a crane control box for photography. The owner said it was working then it stopped working one day. I think I got it to intermittently to work though the power transistor was burning hot and going to fail fully. Luckily I figured it out with the help of the thermal camera.
