UAE Visa Amnesty 2024 is for All Visa Violators (UPDATE)

the last Amnesty in the UAE I experienced was in 2018, where all Visa Violators were pardoned to either regularise their stay or exit the country after their fines are waived free of charge.... it is here again, and this time, it is lasting 2 months...

Hello friend, can people who got banned from traveling to the UAE due to overstaying their tourist visa, but left the Emirates legally with an outpass still take advantage of the coming up visa amnesty and get their travel ban and outstanding overstay fees removed? Much thanks in advance!
