@@kofitakyisnr 😅 you know i have been gathering several notes from all sources and experiences from people in Dubai and one thing i have come to realize is that loads of people do not make adequate research or preparation before going there to search for jobs hence they get stranded or confused. I mean no LinkedIn account, no Bayt account, no GulfTalent account, no proper Cv, trying to be too selective etc. well I believe from the success stories i have read and watch from people in the UAE, if they can make it there then it is better to follow their footsteps and stop anything negative there. In every society one may find himself in, there are good people same way there are bad people so just try to pick the positives and after working for a while there, you can exit the country and move else where. Lastly the only information i am yet to gather is how and what to do when the contract years you signed with your employer is successfully achieved how do you request to leave of join a new company?
