Qsts: 1) Did you check yr house for molds, which are very common in older previously uninhabited buildings? 2)Did you do the repairs? A Lot of money has been pulled out of China and has to be invested somewhere and with the war in the middle east expanding and North Korea becoming more and more belligerent, people want to put there money in the safest place possible and that is in the US right now. The market is a huge bubble now, keep investing but don't go get a home equity loan or cash out an insurance policy for FOMO.
Why are the premiums so high for options now?
First timer. Bought 1 share each TSN + EYPT and 3 shares of OCSL to take advantage of the 3 for 1 split taking place on Monday. I’m unemployed and didn’t have much to play with but I’m excited to start. Using Chase Self-Direct.

Literally my Schwab three Index funds that I've been holding for about three years now have Nvidia in it and I didn't know it was there until just a few weeks ago and was elated! Working in IT I'm always keeping my finger on the pulse and AI really is impacting the market and will continue to do so as Our Rich Journey are saying, get in on this!!

No, we are closer to 1995 than 2000 as far as AI is concerned. Stop worrying about a supposed bubble and invest with your head. Stop buying single stocks and taking a single-stock risk. Buy appropriate ETFs, thematic, sector, global, fund-of-funds, S&P 500, or whatever for your core holdings including bond funds, such as T-Bills, Intermediate, money market funds, and HODL. LOL 🤔
PS - If you want to gamble, go to Vegas, have fun leave your cash in the casino, and enjoy the nightlife and food, a mini-vacation!
