I spend most of my free time in solitude and silence. It is peaceful and comforting. I don't like the background noise of life, the constant chitter chatter, needless small talk, the buzz of the TV, the distraction of social media, the constant need to be plugged in and turned on. It may be an introverted trait but I'll gladly take my silence and solitude any day over regular, chaotic life.

Great advice but for a single father of a 5yr old how can u possibly have the time to have such a work ethic? I refuse to put my son in after school care so others can bring him up so the only time I have is 9am-3pm when he's at school. During those hours I hit the gym hard but after school time when my sons home all I can do is be the best Dad I can possibly be under the circumstances im in. That's all I can do until he's older.
Sounds like you already have a strong work ethic. Being there for your son is what a man of strong character and integrity would do. Props to you man
