Keep going sir
Keep going old man
Never too old, I matured at 32 7 years ago, lost 50kg and earning 5x more than back then. It's never to late to dare to be exceptional and dare to be Uncommon!
Look, I have a video too.
Well, about this video:
- The core message revolves around the concept of battling oneself; the greatest enemy is depicted as one's own self.
- Personal anecdotes, like the experience with martial arts, emphasize the journey of self-realization and improvement.
- Fear and procrastination are highlighted as internal obstacles that hinder progress.
- The importance of perseverance, self-motivation, and continuous learning is stressed throughout.
- The narrative underscores the necessity of consistent effort, overcoming self-doubt, and making daily choices that align with long-term goals.
Love it. Stay Uncommon!
Me listening to these videos and workout, grind and from 93kg I dropped to 78kg in a month. Doing 24 hours fasting, waking up at 3 am, running 5km, gym, meditate, read book and went to school. Also salt water in the morning. After that I have been doing 12 hours fasting no carbs now I’m 165cm at 73kg with 15-16% body fat. Anything is possible guys keep on grinding!!!
Sometimes I think I am going insane because of how much I doubt myself.
Confidence comes from knowing your capabilities and feeling safe relying on them. Competence builds confidence.
Do stuff. Prove it to yourself. Be humble and start small, as small you need it to be. Find your current solid ground - the level you are capable. It might be tiny, that does not matter. You can and will expand later. Get some experience, learn, adapt, improve. Do stuff. And soon you will see, that you are capable of learning, that you are becoming better and more competent. But you need to start. And you need to start small.
"You don’t become confident by shouting affirmations in the mirror, but by having a stack of undeniable proof that you are who you say you are. Outwork your self doubt."
-- Alex Hormozi
Figure out why you doubt yourself, whats the source. There was a start to these doubts. Doubting yourself isn't your personality trait. Because as a child you were fearless. And as you grew up you picked up doubts and unpleasant experiences. So what happened?
Doubt is always going to be there. The mind protects you~ but so much it doesn’t allow growth.
~ if your coming across anxiety or fear, it’s only due to the limitation you set on yourself. - in those times just tell yourself ~ fears become your limitations. Become the person you want to be :
How you eat
How you sleep
How you exercise
How you speak
The way you talk to YOURSELF.
You are probably insane then. See a doctor and take care of yourself
That voice of self-doubt is always going to be there. It comes when you're physically tired, mentally drained, hungry, distracted, etc.
That's not you.
We all have that inner bitch. It's not you.
You're you when you're at your best. When you're well nourished, well rested, in good shape, you see things from an optimistic perspective of abundance. That's the real you. When you're in that mindset, that's when you make your life decisions and create plans of action.
That's the real you.
Bro I have an alarm clock called it’s you VS you. I been had this alarm for about a year and a half and I have made strides in my life. Cause no matter the circumstances the world throws at me it’s about how I handle it and I learn from the experience that was given to me

Joe segment explaining 'I could have been great' - He 100% has something he was personally talking about there. I know the feeling and can see the emotion in others as I know that feeling.
You don’t get in your way. You tests you & gives you adversity so you can overcome it. You has your best interest at heart always. Like a father teaching his son how to ride against adversity.
Every time YOU gives you resistance, be thankful, see behind the illusion, you have been given a chance to stand in your path. Make YOU proud!
Thank you so much for this 🙏

And for the rest of us, we gotta remember the words that have been spoken here when sh*t gets tough. Because we usually forget them when we become victims wanting to quit.

@@ape8572 oh Great Keeper of the Comment Section and Crowned Champion of the Pseudo Intellectual forgive my scholastic ineptitude. The comment section of CZcams is no place for an opinion, and for that I apologize. I’m sure that quote from Joe Rogan is a hot topic at the annual Philosophy Phor Phun conference/pie raffle but Rene Descartes this is not. Also, I’ll just note as something to ponder in that vast fathomless abyss that is your intellectual capacity, that a puddle is a sea in the eyes of an insect, but in truth, much like Rogans quote, the puddle, and your cognitive thinking, It’s just not that deep…bro.
I understand it as mindset change allowing to ditch the negative self image handicap while still on the journey to a goal and in loosing cases, he says that it's silly to by default view Yourself as not cappable.

Hey man, do you have this in Spotify?
The video emphasizes the importance of self-motivation, facing fears, overcoming personal limitations, and continuous learning for personal development. The speaker asserts that the biggest obstacle in life is oneself, and the ability to change comes from recognizing and tackling this. They mention the significance of martial arts in their own journey, teaching them they could improve and succeed. They argue that making repetitive mistakes indicates a lack of self-growth. The speaker encourages stepping into fear, comparing it to an ocean that seems vast but is shallow upon stepping into it. They discuss the necessity to become one's own motivator and coach and to constantly strive for improvement despite challenging conditions. They also highlight the importance of making daily choices, pushing past comfort zones, and not relying solely on inherent talent to achieve success. The speaker advocates for perseverance through hardship and the cultivation of an internal drive to overcome obstacles. They conclude by emphasizing that growth requires consistent effort over time, often involving sacrifice and doing tasks others may find boring or difficult in order to
