Just a quick question too, in case you are not in the medical field, not an accountant or in the engineering field, is it still easy to find an employer that will secure a work visa or what we call H1B? Let's say for example you are a graduate in Psychology. Thank you.
It really depends sa hanap ng company. Usually dapat may match sa skills, certification and even experience. To be honest, currently, mahirap makahanap ng work ngayon dito sa amerika and this is base sa aking experience. Hopefully soon magboom ang labor market!

sir ask lang po, meron po akong job offer sa LA soon pipirma mo ng kontranta para sa cellphone technician wala po akong bachelors degree mga certificate lang po at NC II sa tesda. ok napo ba yun requirements na yun? salamat po god bless
Hi Santino, salamat kapatid sa panonood mo. Hindi ko masagot if may iba pang work visa that caters for cellphone technician or if walang bachelors degree. Ang H1B visa kasi need talaga ng bachelor's degree, minimum requirement sya.

You are allowed to travel outside usa as long as you have the visa stamped in your passport.
@@PinoyinNewYork H1B Working Visa is valid 3 years and may renew again for another 3 years by the employer after that may process for green card holder, during the process of green card card is it also allowed to travel again outside the United States?

Salamat kapatid sa panonood. And process ng H1B visa starts with your employer. Need nila mag file ng petition for you. And once nila mafile, one thing needs to happen - dapat mabunot ka sa lottery.
After mo mabunot sa lottery, the USCIS will process / approve your work visa. Once approved, your employer will send you approved papers and once nareceive mo na yun, punta ka sa US embassy para magpatatak ng passport. Once you have the visa affixed sa passport mo, then anytime, pwede ka na makapunta sa amerika to live and work.

kapatid, salamat sa panonood mo sa aking video. Possible naman as long as maprove ng employer mo na yung education mo is equivalent to a US bachelor's degree. Meron kasing third party evaluator, they will check your transcript and compare with US education then sila ang magcecertify that your education is good to go.
For example sir, you’re already hired in a company that is located in US pero u have to pay for the visa procurement fee?
I am not sure what is the visa procurement fee. Walang ganyang binabayaran sa USCIS.

Labor certificate is between your employer and dept of labor. Sila ang magaasikaso nan. Employer ang magshoshoulder nan. Ang alam ko, walang bayad ang pag pafile nan
