If you have atleast 12 years work experience to make up for the 4 year degree course, pwede naman po. But this process is complicated, need mo maglawyer.

What specific work experience are needed by us companies in the field of accounting?
Depende din po kasi sa company na magsponsor sa inyo. But in general if you are from the big 4 audit firm in the philippines, that is a big plus. 😉 sa part ng employer. But not really sa part ng USCIS.
Sobra ang training jan sa Pinas in terms of work experience and when i say sobra I mean rigid and competitive which is good in a way. So pag dito ka na magwork, ibang iba ang environment, super light lang and sisiw na lang sayo ang ipagagawa, kasi napagdaanan mo na yung pukpukan na labanas sa Pinas.

@@PinoyinNewYork wow thats good news sir! im still working on my degree in Criminology here in the Philippines and i have my tita in the US and she said that she can get someone to sponsor me a H1B Visa in the near future. yet im afraid sometimes because what if im not gonna be eligible for an H1B Visa because of my degree. :(
to live the dream, the american dream is what i've always wanted sir.
As long as may match naman ang requirements ni company sa skills and experience and i guess educational background mo and they can justify it sa dept of labor. Then it wouldnt be a problem.

Hello po I just saw your vids kasi mejo nahihirapan po ako intindihin mga instructions sa google. Im a BS Psychology graduate po and I searched online po ng mga hiring employers sa US. There's a lot but I'm not sure if they are willing to sponsor me tho since I haven't speak w/ anyone yet. Ano pong maadvice niyo? since I really want to work in the United States?
May Nakita ko online kng hiring ba ng psychology sa US since yng anak ko graduate din ng psychology. Mas mahirap magwork sa US as psychologist than working as nurse or PT, parang need mo pa ng masters degree e (idk kng ok lng d2 mo sa pinas Kunin or dpat sa US kana mag aral ng masters degree) tapos mag exam ka pa dun sa US to be a licensed clinical psychologist

Hi Thanks for subscribing. Ang sagot po is wala po (AFAIK) working visa is being processed mismo sa USA. It should be between the employer and USCIS.
Sir may gusto mag sponsor sakin bilang care taker 65 napo siya di niya po alam pano gagawin niya
Mayroon pubang sponsor if gusto mong mag work as animator diyan sa usa or anywhere diyan.

Salamat po sa panonood. If nasa resume mo naman yung experience mo and yung qualification nasa you. Ihahire ka nila, pero yung simple at magandang resume na malaki ang mahehelp sayo. Wala namang standard na format ng resume. Pwede mo pong icheck online for a nice format ng resume.

Thanks for watching po. Kasi basic check kasi yun ni immigration na dapat kung anung position inaaplyan mo is relevant to kung anung natapos mo or sa experience mo. If that is not the case, then yung chance na hindi ka maaprove is big. Unless, maghire si employer mo ng malupit ma immigtation officer. Yes. That is the best option po. Ask muna a lawyer and they can help you bigtime.

Yes po. Meron pa pong interview. Base sa experience ko, chineck lang nila yung mga documents pati yung i797, konting question and yun na. Siguro less than 5 mins lang. then wait ka ng one week to get your passport na may tatak na!

As soon as you receive the packet, or if maeestimate mo if kailan ang dating, as early as possible magpaschedule ka na ng interview. I forgot to mention this.
Nung time ko, nung nagpaschedule ako ang next available data was after 2 months pa. Buti na lang i lucked out, and found an earlier date and then re-sched the interview.
You can check everyday to see if my earlier dates, may iba kasi magkacancel ng appontments.

C1 is transit visa right? oo pwede naman maka visit ka. Usually, tatakan passport mo ng immigration officer and then nakalagay dun if when ka dapat umalis sa USA. For sure hahanapin nila yung next flight details mo.

Generally, kailangan mo ng relevant work experience. Need ng uscis mga past employment certificates mo para eevaluate application mo.
