Watching Kix deal with being the last Clone, knowing all his brothers are dead and then moving on to have a life of his own and make his own decisions free from the army would really be interesting and would humanize Kix and all Clones even more which was a big part of the Clonewars TV show

Explains why Rex looked 60+ years old when he joined "Rebels". When in actuality he should have been around 35-40.
Well, clones grow up faster than the jedi so that they can be in prime fighting shape as soon as they are done training, that's why Rex looks as old as he did, he grew up fast meaning he would die (if not in battle) of old age soon/sooner. Hope this helped

"Despite all of his efforts to save as many people as possible, he finds himself alone." This is such a sad story. Kix was someone who deeply cared for his brothers. Just how terrible must it have been for him to wake up and realise everyone is long dead :( also all the things that have happened during that time. To wake up wanting to warn the Jedi and realising that it's far too late, that this has already happened and is even over. I can't even imagine how he felt.
Damn, so both Fives, and Kix had opportunities to stop Order 66? Probably my favorite/most hated part of the star wars universe got so close to never happening multiple times. Insane. Great vid.

We know that rex lived all the way to the battle of endor as they confirmed him being the old man in the movie that disguised himself as a scout trooper so it makes me wonder if he lived for the next 30 years after that

The Biggest Problem with what Lucasfilm is trying to do with Star Wars is pushing a Political Narrative Agenda instead of telling good stories and giving us well written developed characters.
How good and exciting would a movie be to the casual audience if the only actor in the entire movie was just Temura Morrison's face on a bunch of clone bodies and a big CGI 4 armed Jedi?
Can you imagine how the war would have gone if kicks or 5's would have been able to tell Anakin what they knew? Or the jedi council? It possibly would have been a very different outcome

A thought that I would’ve loved to have seen in the TROS, since Kix would still be alive, he’d join the Resistance and during the battle of Exegol. We would get fan service with him using his clone trooper armor, or giving a bunch of resistance fighters clone armor to fight against the Sith Troopers. Just a thought tho.

@@bastiliwanag6002 there are many reasons why they don't. Practicality, cost, ammount, need, ect. It simply doesn't make sense to make clones when you already have an army.
Why though? What's the point? The wa's been over for a long time. Clones would be unnecessary also its fa r too expensive.
1. The clones are killing machines that are only worth while in true wartime, which isn't the case with Star Wars episodes 4 and later.
2. The galaxy seems to make a massive regression with Palpatine's rise to power. If it were just movies 4-6, we could chalk it up to limitations of movie making when they were created. But no, the new movies also go with the garbage retro tech future route, making the technological regression dead set.
@Chara i disagree the same cost for arms and armour but you have to spend 8 years of training clones before thete battle ready and clones are elite in battle not the kind of troops you want as garrison duty or in an war of attrition clones are more loyal though you can bribe most people but not clones. Clones all share the same genetic template so that can ne used against them.
I liked this, I've always had a soft spot for the clones, I love how different they are from each despite being identical.
Also loved the design of that pirate when I saw him in TFA so was nice to see a bit more of him too.

It probably wouldn't matter if they did. The Grand Republic used the Jango Fett template for so long that the new batches wouldn't be very effective. Not to mention the Resistance barely has enough resources as it is.

Fun fact he makes a blink and you’ll miss cameo in the LEGO Star Wars force awakens game. In a mission where you play as the crimson crosshair he briefly popped his head out and was told to keep the ship running. Now it’s probably not him but I like to think it was him.

I don't think the word is used in that context. The Sith code is a sort of counter to the code of the Jedi, wherein the first line of it is, "There is no emotion, there is peace". Passion according to google as well is a strong and barely controllable emotion, which fits with that counter of the Jedi code argument.
Suffering fits into Passion, but Passion doesn't fit into Suffering. Suffering is an extreme emotion and is paired with pain. Emotion is what gives a Sith power.

I always thought Captain Rex was the last clone alive, but it might be because I watch the Clone Wars after Rebels
The Galaxic Civil War was only about 20 years long (roughly speaking). Star Wars Rebels, as well as the original trilogy took place during this time period. Kix was unconscious during the war and was awakened 30 years after the Empire fell.

there's a theory that Rex is that old bearded guy who went with the rebel forces to Endor in The Return of the Jedi

@@jamesm783 that's not a theory anymore, they canonised it that the bearded guy is Rex. However there's a mistake in this video; Kix wasn't physically 124 when he awoke, he was physically 24 because he was placed in cryostasis, or basically spent the entire 50 years as a living popsicle.

Andrew Cervantes In Star Trek The Next Generation: Dr. Crusher was the only Chief Medical Officer for a crew of about 1000 people on the Enterprise. Kix probably had assistance onboard his ship like nurses, etc.

He was the medic in the squad that is focused on in the show (Rex, Jesse, Hardcase, etc). I am sure each squad has a medic.

Sidious didn't place the chips there, the Kaminoins did. And the chips were fine at first, as the army was ordered by jedi master Sifo Dias (I probably spelled that wrong). It wasn't until Palpatine ordered Dooku to give the Kaminoins new orders that chips were then tainted.

Actually not all cloning was stopped. The 501st legion under the command of darth vader directly was kept completly comprized of clones until the empires very end when most of the 501st was wiped out or captured/surrendered/defected

I love how similar I am with Captain Rex. I stopped the video at 2:09 when I heard he got hit in the chest but the round missed his heart by two inches. That’s EXACTLY what happened to me in Afghanistan.
