Hi! As you know, my daughter was born with Cornelia De Lange syndrome. When she was born and after she was diagnosed, the Doctors told me that she would never talk, or eat by herself. She would never even learn to roll over on her own. Well, she will be 36 years old in November. She graduated High school. She is fully verbal. She feeds herself. Can use the Bathroom. She reads and writes at a 5-6 th grade level. So, she has gone way beyond what the Doctors said she would. Her main problems are behavioral and emotional. Thank you for the videos, it truly helps!! I work with a girl, now woman, that has Cornelia de lang syndrome. I’ve been with her 18 years. I started when she was almost 10, she will be 28 in Dec. She is non verbal but still gets her point across. Lol She is very loving and I am blessed to be in her life. She has taught me so much. Love watching you and Sebastian, he’s a cutie. I'm sure the jumper is a great idea and should be fairly easy to modify for any extra support Sebastian needs. It probably feels good to him because it holds his body in a different position than any other type of chair. He clearly loves to swing, his beautiful face just lit up with such a big smile. The two of you are wonderful parents. Thank you for bringing awareness to CDLS. I've never heard of this until I recently saw the video of sweet little Avvyn. Please never let anyone who is rude bring you down. The world seems to be full of people that thrive on hate. Respectfully, the straps on the jumping stand are adjustable. You can shorten them so his feet just meet the floor , and don't buckle under at the ankles. Sebastian looks like he is enjoying being in the seat and every way Daddy moves him around in it. He really enjoyed the swinging! The precious great big smile!

Girl you are an amazing mom if anyone seriously criticizes you they are just either jealous or just hating their own life which is sad people do that. Dealing with a disabled child is something that allot of people have no clue of how hard it is and can be and you are just such an inspiration ❤️ and oh my gosh Sebastian was just loving that thing I love it when he does his big beautiful smile just his whole face and eyes light right up 😍 and I absolutely love your African grey I have 2 of them and they are seriously the smartest birds I've had macaws as well and those are def smart too but the Grey's definitely seem to catch on to things quicker I mean my one bird Freddy sounds exactly like me and my daughter when I call her name and she says what he's got both voices down to where people literally think sometimes it was us talking 😆

I’m sure you’ve had some real doozies.. and have gotten quite good at letting most of them bounce. I’m sure some still sting though. You guys are wonderful parents to Sébastien. He is so lucky to have you both in his life. I'm new to these videos that you guys made, when watching them I feel joy all the time. I'm also glad that you both try to take some time for yourselfs everyone needs that from time to time.
Stephanie I am a brutally honest woman and I have not been following you that long but I have something to say. I agree with you about the mean, disrespectful people who have nothing better to do than say bad things about you and your videos. Personally I will not lie and say I will watch every single video but I usually watch 5 to 10 a week and I enjoy the way you make your videos. I believe you include a little bit of everything in each video you have made that I have watched. I admire how much you include in a 30 minute video. Zues is always being a guard over the whole house, Nala is vocal as are African Greys are and they need cage time, Sebastian is on camera quiet often for him being ill. I personally have to have blood transfusions more often than I like and so if you don't mind I would like to say what I am going to say on Sebastian's behalf and advocate, blood transfusions are hard to undergo because its not just laying there first you are tired from having low iron so your body is trying to get your iron up because one of the biggest struggles is trying to make yourself eat, sleep and you usually sleep a lot not to mention the bloodwork that has to be done more frequently to keep track of your iron, for myself I am usually to tired to eat, and as funny as it sounds I am so tired I sometimes can't sleep and after the transmission they have to monitor your blood and all your vitals have to be watched from the time they start the transfusion and honestly I find Sebastian to be doing remarkable good having gone through all he has gone through. I think you and Geo are doing a fantastic job with all you are doing moving, decorating, taking care of a ill child who will require a lot more attention than most children and he is such a cutie. I assure you if you recorded him crying because he was exercising and not paying attention to his toys because he has a lot more going on in his life than to have his parents, pets, and lifestyle to be disrespected and upsetting his parents who are doing a magnificent job of taking care of him because all this mean and hateful and disrespectful people probably wouldn't be doing it by themselves they would have hired nurses and physical therapists coming in every day oh and probably housecleaning people to help keeping their home clean. You and Geo do everything on your own. So when a stupid comment comes in from a idiot person who has no respect or brain leave their garbage please just block and delete them. You guys keep up the good work. I have disabilities and have had brain surgery and all kinds of crazy medical issues go on in my long life and I have dealt with idiots forever and I have learned how to keep them out of my life. If you ever need someone to text, talk or pep you up please just let me know. I can give you my private information if there is some way I can give it to you. Honestly- it’s just a personal thing lol. I grew up in a very poor home. We didn’t have hot water or heat/gas ( we used electric stove to boil water for baths and electric heaters for heat!). So now, as an adult with everything we need- I’m more appreciative of my home. I like to keep it clean and homey as much as I can. I’m very thankful for the life we have now.
I want to just assure u mom and dad that u both are doing a great job with ur son im sure times can be tough raising a child with disabilities. So many people are here for you some of us also learn from u. I'm a parent myself and sometimes its hard mentally physically emotionally. Keep your faith in the lord. God bless your family. Cute video of everyone! Sebastian really likes the new toy! The bird really likes being pet lol that was so cute. Your baby poochie (I call all poochies babies) is such a sweet patient boy!!! I enjoy seeing and learning from your videos and think you’re also doing an amazing job with Sebastian! Screw what others think! I’m sure you’ve had some real doozies.. and have gotten quite good at letting most of them bounce. I’m sure some still sting though. Stephanie I am a brutally honest woman and I have not been following you that long but I have something to say. I agree with you about the mean, disrespectful people who have nothing better to do than say bad things about you and your videos. Personally I will not lie and say I will watch every single video but I usually watch 5 to 10 a week and I enjoy the way you make your videos. I believe you include a little bit of everything in each video you have made that I have watched. I admire how much you include in a 30 minute video. Zues is always being a guard over the whole house, Nala is vocal as are African Greys are and they need cage time, Sebastian is on camera quiet often for him being ill. I personally have to have blood transfusions more often than I like and so if you don't mind I would like to say what I am going to say on Sebastian's behalf and advocate, blood transfusions are hard to undergo because its not just laying there first you are tired from having low iron so your body is trying to get your iron up because one of the biggest struggles is trying to make yourself eat, sleep and you usually sleep a lot not to mention the bloodwork that has to be done more frequently to keep track of your iron, for myself I am usually to tired to eat, and as funny as it sounds I am so tired I sometimes can't sleep and after the transmission they have to monitor your blood and all your vitals have to be watched from the time they start the transfusion and honestly I find Sebastian to be doing remarkable good having gone through all he has gone through. I think you and Geo are doing a fantastic job with all you are doing moving, decorating, taking care of a ill child who will require a lot more attention than most children and he is such a cutie. I assure you if you recorded him crying because he was exercising and not paying attention to his toys because he has a lot more going on in his life than to have his parents, pets, and lifestyle to be disrespected and upsetting his parents who are doing a magnificent job of taking care of him because all this mean and hateful and disrespectful people probably wouldn't be doing it by themselves they would have hired nurses and physical therapists coming in every day oh and probably housecleaning people to help keeping their home clean. You and Geo do everything on your own. So when a stupid comment comes in from a idiot person who has no respect or brain leave their garbage please just block and delete them. You guys keep up the good work. I have disabilities and have had brain surgery and all kinds of crazy medical issues go on in my long life and I have dealt with idiots forever and I have learned how to keep them out of my life. If you ever need someone to text, talk or pep you up please just let me know. I can give you my private information if there is some way I can give it to you. Honestly- it’s just a personal thing lol. I grew up in a very poor home. We didn’t have hot water or heat/gas ( we used electric stove to boil water for baths and electric heaters for heat!). So now, as an adult with everything we need- I’m more appreciative of my home. I like to keep it clean and homey as much as I can. I’m very thankful for the life we have now.
