- Since Kusadasi is a beach destination is it really worth a visit during winter?
Well if you expect some days o the beach sun bathing at this time of the year in Kusadasi we would say it's not worth coming here and you are better off choosing a tropical country but if you want to spend a few days relaxing when not coming here and enjoy the sites.
From Kusadasi you can visit Ephesus and a few more touristic site nearby so if you enjoy being by the sea this might be a place for you to stay.
We enjoyed our time here even tho we didn't do much, just relaxed and walked around the city, seeing the locals getting on with their lives.

The ekmek looks delicious even though you said the bun is a bit tough. The scenery is usually amazing eveywhere you go in Turkey. I have a feeling that the island is inhabited, no? You should visit Kusadasi at summer time. There are nice beaches and clubs for the night. You can join boat trip as well, its really nice. But its so crowd at summer so you can go to Samos island for calm holiday, it takes just an hour from Kusadasi.
We don’t really enjoy much of a night life maybe once we a while to celebrate something but overall we prefer quiet places 🙃🙃🙃
Fish sandwich is the best.

The beach and the fortress from the island has got nice views .. it is ok if there is not much to do compared to during summer as long as there is nice and cheap food .. the mussels certainly looked delicious 👍👍.. take care and stay safe always .. peace ✌✌💕🐈💕

We read about it and we were supposed to go but then we ended up not going 😅
The positive of winter traveling in Turkey 🇹🇷 is cheaper by 2/3 fold than traveling in summer especially accommodation wise.. etc, and not to mentioned the maddening crowd.. 😂
but the downside is, most tourist attractions & resorts are closed🔐 😕
So far most of the tourists attractions were open except for 2 or 3 places in Istanbul that were closed🙃🙃

It’s actually very nice here it’s been 16, 17 and even 18 degrees during the day, up there in the castle it was a bit windy but still nice, I always end up taking the coat with me but don’t really need it 😂 joao was wearing a t-shirt and jumper and he was comfortable 🙃🙃🙃

It still a nice seaside city but it seems very quiet during winter. So I can say that I made a right decision to skip Kusadasi and traveled to Denizli instead, for Pamukale and Heirapolis during my 2019 winter trip 😂. Anyway thank you for brief explanation and history lesson about the castle and pigeon island. I can see that the castle is still in good condition. So where will you be going next? Fethiye? Really looking forward for more videos from you.
If we were here on a shorter trip we would have skipped kusadasi too but because we have time we decided to come and check it out 🙃🙃

16 degrees is too cold for me. I would wear winter coat like that too. My office's aircond has been set to 20 degrees C. I hv to wear several layers just to work.
Yeah for me (Cristiana) is to cold too but we had the sun which made it feel a bit hotter plus for most people 16degrees is a nice temperature specially during winter 🙃🙃

Hello Cristiana and Joao, great vedios i love your content. If you guys are looking for new experience in Turkey, you could visit Riza province in the north eastern Turkey on the black sea. It's very very beautiful place.. you can check it out online i'm not gonna say much🤫
also note that not many people vlog about it, most of youtubers just visit the common classic spots istanbul, Antalya and other places in the south east where the warm weather is..Also the little who visit it and vlog about come mainly in summer😄. so i guess it'll be a bit cold now but definetely a very special vedio.
