    You don't really need to do the loading phase, just start with 3-5g/day and it'll eventually get saturated within a couple of weeks.

      No it's not.
      20gm is necessary for the first week if anyone wants to do Loading Phase.
      Then 3gm gets better results according to studies. (5gm if anyone's got extra muscle 💪)

    Loading phase?nah not at all needed!
    Bro how can you suggest loading phase for everyone it's not at all needed! Evn big big body builders say no to loading phase!!
    Instead go for normal usage 3-5 gms every day
    Results: it might take few days more to show the result, but at the end there's no much difference which you will see wth loading phase and normal usage..so think wisely do not rush and go for loading cycle
    Slow and steady wins the race!

    creatine is really simple, creatine loading is optional but yes definitely gives fast benifits, after loading phase you can take creatine 3-5 gms any time in the day in water and yes any time in the day it's doesn't have pre-workout or post workout benifits same for protein

    Creatine ko leke logo ka andar bohut myths ha...max log nehi jante creatine is completely safe n natural supplements.. more than thousands researches has been done on creatine. N its true if someone starts to take creatine then in loading phase u hv to take 20gms per day for 10 days n after that take 3 to 5gms per day , it will gv faster results. But if someone doesnt need faster result then frm beginning he cn take 3 to 5gms n it wl take 30days to get the muscle fully saturated with creatine.

      @@-SimonRiley bro i am powerlifter and as i know you can take 3gm everyday if you are doing heavy sports activities regularly but if not then just take multivitamins and whey to fulfill proper aminos and proteins. And creatine doesn't effect any hair problems or any other problems. But if you have any kidneys realted problem previously then consult doctor before take creatine. And you can go for cycle of 3 months and 15 days gap then continue otherwise 3 gm everyday.

    People are misunderstanding, they are taking 20gm as regular dose.
    20gm is only for the Loading phase bhai.
    After that 3gm-5gm is fine.
    But if you don't want to do Loading phase that's fine as well.

    I think 20 gm of creating is extreme in a day. I would say 5gm during loading phase. Up to 3-4 weeks once it’s saturated. Take 2-3 gm of creatine to maintain.

    Okay so let me explain you something here.
    The whole goal of the loading phase is for saturation but if you are taking 5 grams per day that’s enough to saturate your muscles by 3 weeks time.
    There is no difference in loading and taking 5grams a day after 3 weeks.
