@@-SimonRiley bro i am powerlifter and as i know you can take 3gm everyday if you are doing heavy sports activities regularly but if not then just take multivitamins and whey to fulfill proper aminos and proteins. And creatine doesn't effect any hair problems or any other problems. But if you have any kidneys realted problem previously then consult doctor before take creatine. And you can go for cycle of 3 months and 15 days gap then continue otherwise 3 gm everyday.

I think 20 gm of creating is extreme in a day. I would say 5gm during loading phase. Up to 3-4 weeks once it’s saturated. Take 2-3 gm of creatine to maintain.
