- Goatzilla street 1/4 mile drag race stick shift supercharged GTO. 6 speed Impulse Blue Metalic w/ Blue Interior. 1 of 478 built this color combo in 2004. 3% of the total production that year.

it was an 2006 6.0l
and i did up the top end
gave her a tune
intake & exhaust
cam
and a lot of cosmetic work
wasn't quite as quick but she was wicked on the streets

Always making adj. I had it quite firm with lower ride height in rear which likely would have been great at a track. On a bumpy shit road it felt like it was about to put me airborn on top end. With it looser I can make it down the track and keep the tires planted. Also on no prep I have found some squat to help my M6 car. You will read plenty to the contrary. At a track likely different.

Viking double adj. and pedders stock height springs. Solid cradle mounts. Gforce diff mount. Gforce axles. DSS inner stubs. 3.90 gears. Eaton trutrac. Poly ctrl arm bushings. Spohn toe rods. 275/60 15 drag radial. Pedders 90/10 front struts with stock springs.

Are those Weld Racing Wheels? If so what's the part number please? I just bought my buddy's 06 GTO (auto) it has a whole bunch of NA goodies, and I am wanting to get a good drag tire for the upcoming season.
71LB-510N75A. You’ll have to roll 1/4s, BFA the inner wheel well, grind some control arm, remove plastic skirting, and grind brake hose bolt. Sigh.

@@davidb5299so set your budget then triple it and that’s what a build costs… I bought my 04 gto knowing it needed some suspension work now I’m in it all almost 1000 bucks and I still need 500 in parts that is literally just suspension and alignment work
Damn that's a beast.. Nice build! I have an 04 GTO and was wanting to do a build, I've been doing a lot of research lately trying to come up with a list of what I want to do. Was thinking of the Boost District LSA supercharger kit, a BTR camshaft kit, longtube headers, slp exhaust, DeatschWerks W300C fuel pump, BC racing BR series coilover kit, and then get a EDGE EVOLUTION CTS3 tuner.. Any suggestions?
The bc coil overs are probably better for road racing than drag. Don’t forget to stiffen up and beef up everything in the rear. Check out my IRS video.
