    I've been having great fun taking pictures of my makes in the garden, as if they're real/alive and I've discovered them.
    Love how you show others' photography styles in action- seeing the examples really helps me understand.

    This morning, I was talking to my sister to sell the toys I made, but the problem was putting pictures on Instagram. We were talking about how to take pictures and we didn't know how to take them. I can't tell you how happy I am that you made this video and uploaded it today, thank you very much, it really helped, I love you keep going😍🥰🥰🥰(I used google translate)

    Love this video, I wish there were more like them out there! I see so many people post pictures of their beautiful work, yet a bad picture does not do them any justice and takes away from the work.

    Because i give away a lot of my amigurumi, i often take a picture of it. Unfortunately i almost always lose the pictures. So last month i made an Instagram page for all the things i crochet. I only came to the conclusion i am not a good photographer haha. So this video comes at the right time, thank you very much!

    This is so awesome!!! I absolutely love how the yarn colors also tell so much about each person's photography style. For example, LittleAquaGirl had soft colors throughout, LemonYarn or SuperCuteDesign had bright colors, FoxyCrochet, Tecele, or SaraDeeCrochet had kind of highlighted yarns, DianaPatskun or ForestWool used vintage colors, and of course you, LePetitSaintCrochet, with a mix of soft colors with a vintage look. It's just so amazing how each makes their own unique world with the toys they create. It's just so beautiful... :)
    Thanks again for another awesome video!

    You mentioned that Sarah says she gets down on the ground for some of her photos. I turn my phone upside down sometimes to get the lens closer to the ground when I can lay down. Like if I’m get a quick picture of my dog (cause he always lays with his tongue out on the floor), I’ll turn my phone upside down and portrait mode.

    9:08 what type of paper is the blue one on the left? It looks much longer than regular cardboard paper. I struggle so much with backdrops because I don’t want to use plain white but for colour backdrop you just have the 12x12 card stock which is not very useful for seamless backgrounds

    Quick question, what yarn do you use for skin tones? I like using paintbox but can never quite find a good paler/peachier colour. Any specific colours or other yarns you recommend?

    • @EliseRoseCrochet
      @EliseRoseCrochet  Před 3 lety +1

      Hmmm, I think the Paintbox has some pretty good skin tones. I also really like Berroco Vintage. There's also a new line of skin tone inspired yarns called Skein Tones by Lion Brand you may want to check out. I know Toni from TLYarn Crafts recently did a review of it. Hope that helps! www.lionbrand.com/collections/skein-tones ❤
