Strawberries Cake
Hello everyone.
I bought nice strawberries so I’ll make cute strawberries cake this time.
It's an easy dessert that you can make at home.
Let’s cook together !!
Ingredients
・100g butter
・100g sugar
・A little salt
・2 eggs
・100g flour
・4g baking powder
・Strawberry
・Whipped cream
・Chocolate sauce
Recipe
・Crack the eggs, and mix well.
・Mix flour and baking powder.
・Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
・Add sugar and salt into soften butter.
　Mix them.
・Next, mix with hand mixer until it become white.
・Add the 1/3 eggs, and mix.
　Once it’s mixed well, add 1/3 eggs and mix again.
　Once again.
・Add vanilla oil, and mix.
・Add the mixed flour while sifting .
　Mix well.
・The mixture into the mold.
・Bake in a 170°C oven for 40 minutes.
・Cool it thoroughly.
・Cut the cake into 2cm .
　Cut the strawberry.
・Serve on a plate.
　Cake put on a plate.
　Whipped cream put on cake.
　Strawberry put on it.
　Decorate chocolate sauce on top.
