I remember assorted PATU, BSAP and GF messing around preparing for a follow up after a farm attack in the north-west of Mtoko Commercial Farming Area in 1979 when he and his stick of four came through. All he wanted was to be shown the spoor and he and his men were off on it without even stopping. He made the rest of us look tentative and amateurish.

This is very beautifull and reminds me of my grandpa who was involved in the bush war in late 1968 when he was liberated by the Rhodesian troops since he was an POW who was taken from Tete in Mozambique to Rhodesia by border crossing, he lived in Rhodesia for an good time (some years later) since he couldn't return to Mozambique after 1975 because the white minority living there was deported back to Portugal, he left Rhodesia in 1979 where he went to Germany and lived in Düsseldorf for few time and then returned to his family that was in Portugal
