  • GPCR signaling pathway csir net | G protein coupled receptor signaling - This lecture explains GPCR signaling pathway csir net | G protein coupled receptor signaling.
In this video, we'll be learning about the GPCR signaling pathway at CSIR, specifically focusing on the G protein coupled receptors. We'll be discussing the role of G protein coupled receptors in cellular signaling, and how they are responsible for a wide range of medical conditions.
If you're interested in learning more about the role of G protein coupled receptors in cellular signaling, be sure to watch this video! By the end, you'll have a much better understanding of the GPCR signaling pathway and how it affects health and disease.
In this video we discuss the G protein coupled receptor signaling pathway. We start by discussing the receptors and go on to discuss the different types of G proteins and how they couples with the receptors. We also discuss how the different G proteins activate different signaling pathways.

Ok Alpha subunit of G protein gets activated leading into two pathways i.e. cAMP and IP³-DAG pathway. But what about beta and gamma subunits of G protein what is their role kindly elaborate.

Its Galpha that take further participation in signal cascading, as ligand bind, GEF activity get activated it covert G protein bounded GDP into GTP and leads to activation. By activation we mean Galpha subunit of Gproteion dissociate from rest ie- Gbeta & Ggama subunit and move across membrane to active adenyl cyclase enzyme. Gbeta and Ggama stays there bounded to receptor after complete response ie cell growth and proliferation GDP bounded Galpha again bound to remaining subunit and upon binding of ligand cascading again start
