Hi. Thanks for the helpful tutorial. I just had a question. What is the black covering at the bottom of the display panel. I just ripped the black covering a little while opening. Will it damage the display panel?

If you are referring the black covering plastic, that will not damage the display.

    Hello sir,
There's 1 thin vertical line across my screen on the right side. The line is very faint and appears only on light wallpapers. However it doesn't show up anywhere else, like BIOS or any app. It appears only on my desktop wallpaper which has sky blue colour in it.
Also my laptop screen flickers horribly after i boot to desktop. if i keep the display rate to 120hz it will flicker continuously especially towards the taskbar area and if i change it to 60hz it will flicker only for few minutes after its booted to desktop then it works perfectly fine.
I connected the laptop to an external tv and the laptop seems to work perfectly fine. It doesn't flickers nor i see the white line on the blue wallpaper. Does this means my laptop screen is gone bad?
    Please advice... 😭

Thank you for excellent tutorial. I'm getting red screen with white vertical stripes on screen from time to time. Sometimes there are also vertical colored lines with completely distorted picture. External monitor with HDMI works without problems. What do you think could be causing it? Would be very grateful for answer

Glad the video helped. More likely something heavy or press hard on the screen. Or the top of the laptop which impacted the back of LCD.

I did not put fresh double sided tape on bezel. The original tape on bezel should be still sticky enough to hold.
