Excellent and informative interview, she looks ready to make good progress in Ghana, wishing her well in her dreams and hope she makes it
See eyes wow I’m in love 😻
Watching from Saudi, nice interview
Thank you 🙏🏾
Watching you from 🇦🇪
The last 10 minutes of this interview is fire. Both of them spewed sense.
Boring…are people forced come on show? It’s a life story for viewers to learn one or two things to make informed decisions if they find themselves in similar situations.
Never deny being old it's a previledge that denied others
Fyi in Ohio minimum hourly pay for full time LPN’s is between &28-&34 and RN’s is $35-$40. If you work for agency/staffing agency LPN’s is around $33-$40 and RN $40-$48 per hour.
The pay is not enough for the workload and responsibilities on your shoulders.
@@maviswilliams9848 Is enough to pay my mortgage , family expenses, food and save some for unforeseen circumstance because I work 5 days a week 12 hous daily. I am not wasting my license by being lazy and only work the minimum 3 days weekly.
My target is always 5k a month or more. I work 5 days weekly x 12 hr per day. it does takes care of my mortgage, family expenses, food etc and save some as well
Beautiful and intelligent lady.Nice interview💛🖤💚
Good interview!! Good job Ellen!! You are intelligent ❤❤❤
🚨**Advise - In America when choosing a career, you must choose a career with the 3R’s
1. Reliable(can relocate to any state)-
2. Recession Proof -
3.Racism Proof -
And the health & IT field provide those guarantees for most part**
Aphro Ditees Akua Fokuo Goddess Bakopɛ 🥰. My Sister from another mother. Gye wo two ✌️. Nice interview. One of the Donatelos from America 😂😂😂.
Great interview, very interactive interview and questions on target. Our madam Ellen answers were good on point and so polite.
DJ NYAAMI you said truth about the love for yiur country, vim❤
My sister how do you get paid ? That’s a very good idea
The problem with investing in Ghana is the frustration from the government. We all want to come home and help lift the country up, but it's very frustrating.
I am always so heartbroken when i see what's happening with galamsey, healthcare, our infrustracture and total disregard for simple utility services, it makes it difficult to want to settle in our homeland.
If the expats will be given the opportunity to share what we know from the diaspora, it will be a better GHANA for all of us.
Because of the bad nature of the roads, that's why the mobile clinic is very much needed so that it will cut down time wasted in navigating the bad roads
❤️❤️❤️
🔥🔥🔥🔥
👏👏👏👏👏
Be 70percent there in USA and 30percent in Ghana. Just a word of advice.
43 years
Dj, mobile clinics can still be stationary. However if they want to move they can relocate. It’s not like ambulance that moves everywhere in emergency. It’s a hospital in a container. It’s a good idea. Please go ahead and. Please employ new nurses not old ones. They will corrupt the job right from start.
Its Peter Tosh song. DJ
Don’t share your vision here my sister
The position is not 100% filled, is about 35% thats the kind of relationship majority of nuses have. Again she mentioned earlier that she does travel nursing because she is not wraped up with family.
That is why we should be very careful on what we copy as Ghana and Ghanaians. Is a system that can make and unmake you very easily.
Nursing track : CNA, LPN, Associate degree in nursing, RN BSN
That’s cool, however, you can get into BSN straight especially if you have a bachelor’s degree in any specialty. You just need the prerequisites, take the required test and apply into the program, that’s accelerated program
Relocate to another state or another country you can come to Ghana to visit but coming to Ghana to settle please think through it the system will frustrate you
The same system that foreigners are using to amass wealth and stay for decades here or which system
The same place with all the lithium? Sad my people. Do people even know that all the rich or well to do Ghanaians are in Ghana? That all the big Ghanaian companies are in Ghana? Do we know anything about Ghana? Sad. Abroad is slave 2.0 in the works.
You have an English speaking channel, why didn’t she go there. Her Speaking in English more than the local language makes her sound silly 😮.
You don't want to disclose age but we have calculated it already. 40 plus😊
😂🙈
😂😂😅
51 to be exact
the best investment a Youth coeuld offer a country is skills, strenght.....how is the ghanaian youth going to give that when the old folks occupy every opportunity in the country to their advantage.
It could also be that the youth have not been equipped with the right skills to enable them identify opportunities that are not obvious. We should have an environment where different generations can coexist productively, instead of old folks phase-out, young folks takeover; old folks phase-out, young folks takeover. The young ones today will be the old folks of tomorrow: if given the opportunity, they will likely do the same thing the current old folks are doing.
she has a good idea but it will fail in Ghana ,Ghana has very bad roads, she doesnt know the terrain in Ghana.sorry for her
Watching from UK London Ghana is good when you have the money a place when you eat at restaurants one pay national insurance tax, tourist tax, coving 19 taxes etc this that a Country
Mr. english, what do you mean ?
Do your homework well before you relocate to Ghana permanently. Just a word of caution.
Ofuoi ….didn’t u hear her saying she just left Ghana a couple of months ago?

@@user-ly1tx9ry8v Why the insult? What's wrong about that advice?
I enjoyed your interview & experience but I totally disagree with you about the perceived enmity between African-Americans & Africans from the continent. From a personal experience it’s totally false. I have been married to an African-American woman for more than 40 years plus years. My older brother (since deceased) did likewise. My uncle will be 98 years old in few weeks. His spouse is African-American. Therefore the whole family has relatives on both continents. I respectfully disagree. ✌🏿❤️
Bro, I think you are missing some point. There is difference between those Americans that see themselves as Afro-Americans and those that claim that they are Native Black Americans. Afro-Americans are okay with Africans, but not those who claim themselves as Native Black Americans. Those ones hate Africans.
@@don.bestmann Differences of opinions, Sir. It depends on one’s perspective & the company one keeps.
unethical to discourage anyone from traveling!!
Unethical 😮
Emma take it easy for her
You guys think those running from Ghana are stupid eh. Come, Ghana is waiting for you. You'll understand later.
Be honest, look around you. Do you think you have what it takes to create and solve problems? The average Ghanaians is not solving any problems. Problems solving create business. We suck right now. Period.
She meant to say that the public schools in the US were full of ninjas 😂😂😂😂
😂 you know it bro!
You are only relocating because you've made enough in pension and you bank account. Please don't discourage the have nots. 20 yrs in a career like nursing in America. You can live
comfortably in Ghana. Leave 🇺🇲 for the upcoming ones. Y3 daase
She told you that or you are assuming?
@@michaelcudjoe4934assuming what
@@michaelcudjoe4934 she doesn't need to. That's the truth
