There are a few different answers to this question, and while there is no shortcut, I think a big key is to integrate running into your life as something that you naturally do and enjoy instead of something that feels like a burden. There’s this lady that’s been cutting my hair since I was 5 that I usually go to. I just kinda walk in there and tell her I want it trimmed up and this is what I get. It’s been growing out for a while now, so this is what it looks like about 2 months after a trim.

I use the Sony A7III with a Tamron 28-75 and a Black Pro Mist filter. Then I do my color correction in Final Cut Pro

I wish. Meeting with my graphic designer tonight to finish the brand package we've been working on for the past few months. After we get the new brand stuff implemented, we'll start pushing out new products. A clearer brand identity makes it easier to push out products more often.

I should hahaha. I'd never had a single problem with the vehicle in the past, so it was kind of surprising. I haven't gotten back into town to drive it, though. I might see what it will take to get it fixed. Either way, I still shouldn't run the tank past a quarter because it is an older vehicle.
If it ever becomes effortless for me I’ll probably quit
The effort is still there, it just rears its head in a different way. The challenge never goes away. Running is hard. But there’s something almost magical about stacking weeks and weeks of consistent mileage where it becomes second nature. That feeling alone is enough to keep me in the hunt for my potential. Been at this sport for 11 years.
