    The meditations on this channel have been kept relatively short, which is suitable for beginners. You may choose to meditate for longer.
    We also recommend:
    - meditating 1 to 2 times a day to make progress;
    - sitting comfortably (in a chair or on the ground), with your back reasonably upright and your hands palm upward;
    - Try meditating either with or without music. See what works best for you;
    - Trying meditation using Shri Mataji's photograph. Shri Mataji dedicated herself completely to teaching meditation and the spiritual growth of others.
