The bumper makes the car look amazing, it doesnt look anything like a stock gt350 though which is strange. I guess that's a good thing if looking better was the ultimate goal.

How is this front bumper still holding? Is it flimsy?
I sold the Mustang but it was perfectly fine when I sold it, very sturdy bumper. No issues with it.
how was the installation? Does everything line up correctly? Did all the bolts align with the holes?

The snake is the Shelby logo I put the Coyote badge for the 5.0 motor

Idk man when I had it my front bumper was definitely way lower than the factory one
You are correct because the OEM Gt350 bumper utilises a lower radiator support and much wider fenders to give it that low and wide stance.
