Sir Rahmed touch on that brother, he clearly and specifically stated that he is going to Syria if he does obtain his passport, to aid the people in Aleppo, I want a retraction, because falsely accusing a brother of something he does now withstand is not right, and if you consider helping the oppressed and poor terrorism and extremism, then abdul haqq says so be it, but I will help those I need, al hamdulillah.

Generally, the BBC have created this programme ingeniously - it should really be called #Muslimstoday

Watching this program has realy made me reflect and at the end of the day i can say Alhamdullilah that i knw my religion and that i havent been misguided. Wallahi we should all be gratefull that Allah has guided us the way he has. Because what we have right now is ten times better then some of the muslims on this show

It made Muslims look crazy and unstable. They should've done a much better programme to truly represent Muslims better. They could've show Muslims who have different interpretations, backgrounds, and even political ideologies but still come to gather as MUSLIMS and show love and kindness. That is what Islam is, not what's in this dreadful programme. I know they wouldn't do something like this about Christians and Jews because it would make them look bad. Making Muslims look bad is apparently okay though.

A good point Nabil made during the argument over onions (lol), which goes beyong the topic of Islam but that I wish you would have covered anyway, was the way the other guy was charging at him aggressively while shouting at the top of his lungs. Nabil knows as a black man how that would have been made to look like if he did the same. If a non-black person gets angry it's usually called things like passion, provoked etc but when a black person gets angry it is almost immediately said that it is down his blackness because black people are apparently inherently aggressive and violent.
Nabil had his onions stolen, the guy who stole them got really angry and aggressive about something Nabil said yet it was Nabil who felt compelled to leave the room and STILL the consensus in the room after Nabil left was that Nabil was a bully. How is that even remotely fair?

I think most people on the show think of themselves as Muslims as an ethnicity, not as a submitter to God. We've also got to remember that the producers were looking for people with alternate views and personalities - for ratings of course

Brother Baraa has made a clarification, his whole hug incident was edited, he had a conversation with the EDL guy for several minutes since the EDL guy was asking why Farhan was drinking alcohol off camera, Baraa then had a 8min conversation with the EDL guy and in the end when the EDL guy said he was EDL, Baraa wanted to hug him in order to break down the barriers (it all depends on the context). At face value it does look like Baraa was just randomly approaching him and saying "hug me" since you are EDL lol.

being black I have experienced so much racism even in Muslim countries where the majority are fair skinned Muslims.
