I’m no expert on pricing but It looks to me as though you have done well. There’s a fantastic haul of Olympics there plus that Puddleduck , Flopsy Bunny, Newton and Suffragettes 😊

I just spent $65. on a bag of coins from a coin shop. Got some nice British coins and got Spanish one but the real shocker were the Chinese coins!! Don't know what the yr is yet but there's a crossed flags with errors! It says; China but the 'NA. 100 Dollars' is not struck right and a small bit of extra metal along the rim.
Plus there are a bunch of oldies with holes in them where when researching them seem to have sold really well. Will have to research the ones I have.
I know that there are 6 Spanish coins all the same that have sold for over $200. each. So not bad for a bag bought for $65., will take that all day.
A morgan (along with other Morgans found in a box within a box while metal detecting) is one that is a mint error! It's soposed to have a mint but doesn't! Not sure the date right now, might be 1898.
I've only just gotten into the coin world around 2 and a half yrs ago, but I'm retired so there's lots of time to learn about such a fascinating new hobby.
If PCGS cks out the Morgan no mint error it would be listed as the 1st one found. Very exciting eh? I wonder what a coin like that might sell for?

I think of the coins as little pieces of history that you can hold in your hands. If you come across any American paper money, if the serial numbers don't match, you have a valuable bill, & if the green stamp is missing or way far down it's valuable
I've got to get back to the British coins now. I live in an historic town where during the WAR 1812 folks hid alot of their valuables to keep the British from taking them. A cannon ball is still in one of our church walls ! Wasn't nice of them to burn alot of our homes down, eh? But we got to keep stuff like our lighthouse & keeper's house and a few pubs. we can drink to that!🍺🍻🍺

I've heard it was possible but never seen it done, well done, great video - you can get lighting with 'warm' and 'white' light - the warm makes a big difference, also if you take the matte covers off the light it can make a big difference too - not just in studio lighting but home lighting (clear bulbs). Hi, watching this reminded me I have a decent collection of these types of 50p coins. I've got a money bag of Olympic ones and another of anything else. I'm thinking of grouping them in small lots to justify royal mail recorded delivery charge??

The pricing is good your adding up needs work I put you at £14.50 up. I would have payed the same as you they all seem to be on the rise especially the Olympics with the 2021/2022 just around the corner. Stay safe and hunt on 👍👍👍👍👍

A very nice video idea! I'm rather tired, but did spot at least one instance where you forgot to add 50p. I don't know much about their value, but from your Ebay analysis the prices do seem reasonable. Some of those coins were in lovely condition! :D

This was one of the most intriguing and equally frustrating things I've watched.
Also Try setting your webcam or your lighting at an angle (Not Both), The reflection from the light is probably what's causing the blur.
Also a good budget webcam: Angetube Streaming HD Webcam 1080P With Ring Light..(Untested on Coins Though)

Always check what your getting before you buy them. Also tey using a coloured towel under the coins as what the xons are sitting on is whats calling the glare.
I made this video nearly 4 years ago. It was crap! I don't know why so many people are watching it now? It's had over 225,000 views and made me more than £2000 from CZcams so I'm not complaining, but I've made 100's of videos since this one.

You can buy £250 bags of 50p's from the Post office for £250. I used to do it but no big hits.
Speculate to accumulate, you did well there... Puddleduck and Newton were the big wins

There was another missed £1.50 (in addition to the time you spotted and corrected)
You also 'bad mathed' or miss added by a pound later on when adding so you should add on £2.50 to the total by my reckoning.

You will need an auto focusing camera to achieve what you want Coin Patrol otherwise you could run two cameras(you have three) for the two distances you want to capture at.

Enjoyable video, but ok as a hobby, but the amount of time needed to sell would have you working for next to nothing , so that batch would have been a dead loss as a business.

Just so people are aware....ebay charge 30p per sale plus 10.9%. So if a coin is valued at £1.00 you loose 30p & 11p = 41p and then postage
