I'm very happy for Sean. After this huge screw up and the gobal hate that he personally got, he still managed to stick to it and do what he loves, and him and the team have created something amazing. I can't imagine the immense amount of dread he must have felt throughout the whole thing, I find him to be a very inspiring person.
They spent 15 minutes on a game every knows about, one that everyone knows what its like and how it looks, yet they only give poor Shawn 3 measly minutes to present a whole type of game. What a shame. Can't complain too much, we did get new gameplay.
9.8/10 Ign : To many planets
They should give people the ability to build stuff on the planets they find. Then other people would have an incentive to come and see what other people have been up to.
Greatness has finally arrived.
Just had weird "Spore" flashbacks watching this
I really, REALLY hope that not
2022 and im still waiting for that warring factions part.
still waiting for those space battles
Man it has changed sooo much in 2022
I love it how hes like "and I've made it so theres a beacon...". Its a true indie dev up there trying his hardest to get his game across to the world. Its not some paid actor or executive coming up with cheesy one liners.
Rewatching this 2 years after its launch, this really isnt that much different to what we got at launch. Literally a month after release it added a lot of what wasn’t here. 2 years later it’s this game and so much more.
i want to play the demo :(
Planet generation in this version is much better. I would take this over what we got. Just give us this and tweak the scale to match current version and we are good.
i'm starting to think that exploring is all there is to this game... only because they haven't shown us anything new at all. i like how genuine this game feels but i feel they're not telling us much because theres not much more. hope i'm wrong.
They Redeemed themselves, cant wait to play in VR
I remain impressed at the ambition of No Man's Sky. I am definitely looking forward to future development.
I'm from the future and Sean was playing the Origins update. Well, almost, we still don't have massive space battles. We can wait! 😁
I'm starting a new Galactic Douche Empire my goal is to eliminate every single life force we come across except the children we'll make them ice cream instead.. The flavor will be there parents of course so please join me in my goal to make the Ultimate Douche Empire and take over No Man's Sky
Very surprised at how small the planets actually are from the beacon zoom out, and loved the fast loading times while warping to another system. He obviously was playing on the PS5.
