I've started collecting these videos at night, when I do most of my browsing, and then only watching them in the morning, usually before breakfast. There's nothing like a creepy start to get you moving in the morning.
Elisa Lam story...she was on 5 different psych medications (including serequel and dexidrine which is an anti psychotic and an amphetamine for ADHD among 3 others.) and there's a easy access to the roof from through the fire escape. There is a video of someone climbing out easily to the roof of the Cecil hotel on CZcams. Nice choice of hotels she picked there. The autopsy results can be locked up on the internet . Some claim she climbed into the tank and became trapped when the water level fell and she couldn't reach the opening and she unfortunately drowned.

I had the same thought and so i looked into it more, apparently there was a couple who had been staying there, they were from out of state so they thought the water normally looked like that because of drought/pollution in the location. It wasn't until they noticed the taste that they asked about it.There wasn't a whole lot of people in the hotel at the time, but most were travelers or businessmen who had only stayed for one or two nights.
