Take Multivitamin and Minerals Tablets for 1 month before doing GFC/PRP or take Biotin 10000mcg. And everyone please use Vitamin D 50000iu weekly once. I am working with a Dermatology clinic. Our Doctors are from Korea, Russia, Syria and Armenia. They always said to the patients to take the above medicines before the procedures.
Without checking for any vitamin deficiencies, we never recommend vitamin intakes, especially vit D. Multivitamin may be taken for additional support… 😊

Check for presence of any underlying issues or if needed DHT blocker will be needed to stop the thinning process. Then try doing GFC 👍🏼

Depending on results you may need to continue… i personally never recommend using minoxidil while doing gfc..👍🏼
