Getting a homeowner to say 'Yes' to solar can be a difficult task. Homeowners raise several concerns during the sales process and the solar professional must be prepared to handle these objections smoothly and efficiently in order to rise above the competition and win the sale. In this week's live training, Joe and Dan teach how to preemptively handle the most common solar sales objections so that you can move smoothly into the close.

Could you potentially do a video on retention? Like, for those of us who haven't exactly been out knocking doors or even with Solar inside sales. We (me, actually) are working for a Solar company as their Customer Loyalty. aka. Retentions. We're the ones trying to save accounts and projects that have signed their agreements, and gotten through the steps toward install.
usually the cases are pre install, some after but.. yah. I'd love some assistance or knowledge per say Solar retention from some solar G's (:

50:35 it’s always the damn wife. These husbands have no balls and can’t decide solar without the wife.

You mention about getting rid of you utility bill. This is very misleading to a lot of people. You can only offset the ELECTRIC part of you utility bill. Most of the time you will still have charges, fee, etc. for being connected to the to the grid. You mention a $200 utility bill when talking about solar. I believe that this is a very high number compared to the average month ELECTRIC bill across the US as many homes is gas for heating and hot water. Unless you are proposing every one switching from gas to electric for these, witch would be very costly you numbers are still off.

Although you are offsetting the utility bill you in essence are getting rid of the utility bill being that you are now paying for the panels instead of your bill. 200$ is absolutely not a high number depending on what state you are referencing it’s quite normal. I have seen numerous electric bills 500$+ during the summer. Solar done right is extremely advantageous
