Loving these morning shows, i really want to join in the diet with but is there any chance you can post the whole thing. I live in the middle of nowhere and going to the shop everyday to purchase items for the following day is a huge task.
grapefruit is really interesting in that it reacts poorly with a huge number of drugs (statins may be one of them I can't remember!). If you are on any sort of drug you shouldn't eat it unless you check first... it reacts badly with that many things.

Agree with you about the grapefruit. I think it can intensify the drug in some way. I used to love grapefruit but sadly now I’m on statins I can’t have it.
