Just tried doing this as the high post bigman, nobody on my team cut and the ball got stripped everytime.
fr it sucks when your teammates think your job as the post is just to score inside
It starts to get horrible for the defense when the high post guy can get a bucket from that spot. May as well throw the whole zone away.

I'm a big believer in threes and layups.
Fades, post fades and midrange shots are not efficient. NBA players only shoot them around 40% on average.
That's why I'm not gonna be covering post fades.

doesn't this only work if you have teammates that can pass and cut? I hate cutting constantly, just for a teammate to chuck a contested shot then I gotta run back on d especially when I'm outta shape lol. Also, I feel like nowadays a lot of people never put their hands in the passing lanes or call my backdoors (if I'm weakside, I try to call out the backdoor for the ball side). I hope finals went well for you.
