    I've watched so many flower piping tutorials over the years then I came across your channel.
    This will have to be the most detailed demonstration of how to pipe the buttercream roses I've seen so far. There's a side view and top view, I can't ask for more. Thank you so much for sharing. You make a very good Cake decorating teacher, you are so talented! All the best!

    This is the best and simplest tutorial on buttercream flowers I've seen yet. The roses look so realistic and the detailed captions really help me follow along. Thank you so much for this video :)

    hi. thank you for such a detailed tutorial. have you flattened the piping tip a little? I use the 104 tip too but the petals don't come out this thin. thanks.

      Thanks for watching! Yes, I flattened wide part of the tip. I saw many CZcams tutorials about tuning piping tips.

    I have been watching lots of flower-making videos and you make the most beautiful roses I have seen!! Did you attend a decorating school or are you self-taught? Your technique and instruction for us is wonderful. I'm kind of speechless and trust me, that does NOT often happen! lol! Just ask anyone who knows me. Now, from what I gathered in another comment, you are basically using the SMB recipe, but do not take it all the way through until is actually IS SMB. Is that right? Because I want to try this (I mean with my laptop on the table, and piping tools in my hand! :-) ), and I want to use whatever you were using. Thank you so, so much for taking the time and caring about us beginners, enough to make this video with printed help and not rushing through or keeping things from us. Thanks, again!

    That is one of the most beautifulest roses I've seen I like that you use two types of buttercream colors the light for the base and then the other purpleish color to make the rose it looks wonderful! Are you are you using Korean style buttercream?

    • @Bloomthatcake
      @Bloomthatcake  Před 3 lety +1

      Thanks for watching my video! :) I use similar method (using cold butter) but it's Swiss meringue method, not Italian method.

      @@Bloomthatcake So, as soon as the water from the butter works itself back into the buttercream (when mixing), you stop and use that for piping? Do you stop mixing BEFORE it really becomes the lighter Swiss Meringue??
