Record cold in Florida produces Artic Smoke

Record cold temperatures produced "Artic Smoke" on Pensacola Beach Feb 16, 2021. The air temperature was 28F and the water significantly warmer produced "Artic Smoke" blowing out into the Gulf Of Mexico.
