(Edit) - short answer rock n rollercoaster is quicker
    Long answer:
Just based off g forces (which is the result of acceleration) rock n rollercoaster accelerates faster. It’s launch accelerates extremely hard and then eases off - G force measure I took on rnr said the launch pulls 1.7 G which is more than the Tesla roadster which accelerates to 60 in a whopping 1.9 sec with roughly 1.4 to 1.5 G
Rock n rollercoaster sustains the 1.7 G for about a second and a half before easing off and finishing off to 60 (or 57) your calculation assumes that rock n rollercoaster has a launch with linear and sustained acceleration but that’s not the case
If we take 1.7G and convert it to meters per second (16.66 meters per second) and convert that to miles per hour that means that rnr hits 37.267 MPH in the first second which nearly matches tower (also remember that tower is only slightly faster than gravity meaning that it’s acceleration downward is around -0.3 G but I have seen reports saying up to -1G or lower but it doesn’t seem that hard when your on ride but it’s still slower than rock n rollercoaster’s 1.7G either way
To make matters more complicated every tower is different as newer motors can produce more torque which equals quicker drops soooo it really depends on which tower we are talking about
P.s - I’m no engineer so someone correct my math if it’s wrong
(EDIT) - I’ve read that the Florida tower’s motors hit full speed in 1.5 seconds however in one second rock n rollercoaster has already come within 2 mph of that which means that by the time tower has hit full speed rock n rollercoaster already surpassed that speed by a significant amount and would probably be approaching 50 mph
