    Stope Stretching your Hamstring: 0:22
    If you are experiencing sciatica, in many cases your hamstring muscles can be tight and over protective. That means, your body tighten up your muscles around the lower back and the hip, and with bending forward and stretching yoru hamstring you will aggravates your symptoms.
    Stop Foam rolling your glutes and hamstring muscle : 0:43
    Foam rolling your hip and glutes increase the pressure to your sciatica nerve and that can simply aggravates your symptoms.
    Stop getting manual therapy and adjustment: 1:14
    Manual therapy and adjustment can delay your recovery because in the acute phase your body is pretty protective and by getting a deep tissue massage or manipulation you can aggravates your pain.
    Stop Complete rest or prolonged sitting: 1:53

    Hey, I'm Jatin and I'm 21 years old and I have made a course of 12-15 exercise from your shin bone, core, walking and this video.
    But my pain is triggered in nerve flossing or leg extension exercise so should i continue or stop that particular exercise.

    Hi Bob,I do spine decompression by hanging my body on pull up bar,But I feel pain I have bulge in the L5 disc Should I continue it or stop.

      We have no study or research that shown hanging is helping with disc bulges or Herniation. And in reality if u do have sensitivity in extension, it’s autopilot bring your spine to extension which can cause pain. I presume if you try back extension you could get similar symptoms? I would suggest to avoid the hanging and just follow my basic rehab plans.

      @@bobthephysio No really while doing any back extension I never feel any pain ,I am following your routine for slip disc,The only problem arises when I try to decompress my spine by hanging or any other way or kind of traction. It hurts me back for few seconds and then get normal.
