Shocked that they keep referring to this as a single air strike, making out it was a single mistake, the first car in the column of three was hit, casualties left in the remaining two, then down the road the second car was hit, then later even further down the road at the final car was it, making it clearly a deliberate attack on the aid workers.

The ICJ used the words Plausible Case of Genocide for a reason. That is what the Genocide convention states. Once a plausible case is brought to the attention of signatories to the Genocide Convention all signatory countries have a legal obligation to prevent that genocide and the first step is to stop arming the country involved. Then sanctions etc. Declaring a plausible case of genocide is not something done lightly and should be taken seriously by those singed up to the convention. If as in the case of UK and USA They try to wriggle out of their obligations because they either like the country charged or even agree with the genocide they should state so and remove themselves as signatories and let the world see them for what they are genocide enablers.
(Think). Much weight will be put on ‘intent’. IF intent is upheld, Sunak May Not be seen for dust.
Very well explained - I would add that a very high bar is set to demonstrate plausible genocide and the ICJ went as far as it could to determine provisional measures in advance of a final ruling. Some genocide apologists try to argue that the ICJ didn't find Israel guilty of genocide which is dissembling.

Watched his interview on LBC as well, I applaud him for speaking so openly and honestly in public on this, if only more from his party would. It’s disturbingly ironic that a minister who wrote a new definition of extremism should probably be classed as one using his own definition, if you haven’t go and watch Gove’s interview with Tom Swarbrick on LBC it’s clear that Swarbrick knows how dark Gove’s view are and just watch how hard it is for Gove to say a two state solution is the right policy.

Re the Situation in Gaza. Neither of the parties comes out of this well. Israel should not have provoked the Palestinians by building settlements on their land and ordinary Palestinians should have stopped supporting Hamas which time and again through its provocative actions has caused them intense suffering from Israeli retaliations.
