Great tips! Bandit Challenge 3 can be done without a wanted level in only a few minutes. This method has to be done before 'The Gilded Cage' mission where you party at the mayor's. - Go to Saint Denis, and buy the Lock Breaker from the fence. - Ride up to Algernon Wasp's shop and break into the register. - Ride north or west until you cross the city boundary (dashed line on the map) - Return to Algernon's shop and repeat 3 more times Challenge 7 can be done in Saint Denis without a bounty as well. Keep entering different shops & saloons until you get robbed in the doorway, and when you chase down the thief, you get your money back, and it counts as a robbery. 👍
a day when Jono uploads is a good day :-) I love the Bandit holsters and I always do this challenge in Chapter 3 with the horse fence unlocked and a pocket full of money to pay off the bounties. Fun story: One of my (really weird) horses, the Perlino Andalusian if I remember right, once robbed a stagecoach on it's own, without me doing anything. In Chapter 3 on my way from Clemens Point to Emerald Ranch, I run into the Snakebite guy (again) and help him. My horse stands still on the road and a stagecoach comes along and stops. While I help the snakebiteguy, my horse just doesn't move, the driver and passengers all jumped off the wagon and ran away. I think ok, free $40, just climbed on the wagon and fenced it. Proper outlaw horse, doesn't even need me :-)

Big mistake... Hungarian Halfbred was not happy with the spot I hitched her, next to the "Donate $20 Lady". While I talk with the lady I notice a wagon gets hit by the tram, causing a full stop on the middle of the road right behind me. Another wagon stops and at this point somehow my horse decides to get involved. I try to get on my horse and right at this moment the tram starts driving again, me and my horse get stuck between the wagon and the tram, and if that's not enough another dude on a horse feels offended and starts shooting at me, his horse spooks and hits the tram, and my horse, and the wagon... huge clusterf*uck*...! Result: dead wagondriver, dead wagon horses, dead Hungarian Halfbred (all killed by the wagon and the tram), and me being hunted by law. ... *sigh* reload It took me no less than 4 reloads to finaly make it to the trapper and get rid of the Legendary Fox. (was at Riggs Station before and anytime I got there something spooked the trapper and he ran away, three times...) Guess that's why we make safes every two minutes xD
For Challenge #1, I go to the guy with the pig farm just south of the carnival in Valentine. He's very easy to rob, and there's never any witnesses. I've literally completed the challenge in 5 minutes riding back and forth to him, robbing him again and again. An for #2, you can take a stagecoach to Emerald Ranch and steal it once you get to your destination, and it has a compartment in the back that you can rob as well. For #3, you can go to Algeron Wasp's shop in St Denis. He's not there, so you just rob the cash register and leave. Ride a bit away, turn around and come back to the shop, and rob the register again. You can do the whole thing in 2 minutes.
Good tips! Yeah i always do the same for the stagecoach nice and easy but I didn't know Algeron greenhouse counts as a shop, i will defo need to try it!
@@jonoingame It can be hit or miss. If it doesn't work the first time, save, exit the game entirely and try again. Also, sometimes it will prompt you to "break" the register open rather than simply rob it, so having a lock breaker is a good idea.

For Challenge #6, there is a Lemoyne Raiders' camp northwest of the horse fence. Just approach the camp with you horse and steal one of theirs (do it very quietly). Whistle to your horse so it can follow you to the horse fence. Repeat the process until you have completed the challenge (the horse will respawn).
For Bandit Challenge #7, if you have plenty of cash to spare, simply ride into St. Denis and walk into one of the shops (I like to go in the Gun Store). Make sure you have not visited already before this point. When you walk in, you will get robbed by a random NPC. Just chase him down and beat him. You will get all your money back and complete the challenge at the same time.
This video made my life so much easier! ***For challenge #3 you can rob Algernon Wasps till 4 times, just ride out of town a short ways, far enough to reset it, and do it again! Nobody's ever in his shop if you do this challenge before unlocking his side missions!
I was watching your video wondering who your voice reminded me of... It struck at around 3:49, when I realized you sounded just like Saint Denis' mayor, Henri Lemieux! It's not just your accent either, but the actual sound of your voice, it's a bit surreal. Great video, by the way, there are some excellent tips in there. For instance, while I have completed the Bandit challenge, I had no idea you could steal and rob the same coach and it would count as two separate successes! The Bandit set is the best-looking set in the game, and this challenge is one of the easiest to complete, so it's totally worth it. As a side note, did you know you can save 20% on every bounty by getting arrested? All you need to do is lose your wanted level and go into any town, then ride or walk around unarmed until a lawman spots you, at which point you simply surrender and let him arrest you. Once Arthur or J.M. walks out of the sheriff's office or police station as a free man, your bounty will automatically be paid, minus 20% of the original amount. That's 50$ saved on a 250$ bounty, not too shabby!
One way I've completed Challenge 10 was stopping by Beryl's Dream mine to acquire the miners cap. Trust me, this does come in handy. From there, I ride to Strawberry to buy a pair of blue Jean's, everyday work shirt, a blue scout jacket, and calvary boots. My hope is to appear like a Miner commuting to work. I then buy a train ticket to Annesburg. Staying aboard the train while it departs the station there. Brandywine Drop is my signal to start climbing to the top. I wait for it to clear one tunnel. Then, I hijack the train. Make sure you have a full health core, a good stock of dynamite, and the LOTE Satchel for this. I then drive the train to a very long and dark tunnel to the North. Stopping it dead center to where spawning Lawmen can't get me. Kill or disarm the guards. Loot them and make your way towards the back of the train, robbing the passengers on your way. Then I make my way forward to proceed to blowing the safes. Robbing them clean. I'll do one last sweep of the train to make sure I've gotten everything. Then after all is said and done, I then proceed to drive the train to Wallace Station. It's best for that station as it's a freight station and is abandoned. I then completely stop the train there, jumping off, and disappear into the wilderness. Unfortunately, you'll be on foot from there. Either steal someone's horse or hitch a ride back to Valentine. Its totally on you.
For oriole, that huge flat land outside of the big O`driscoll's camp works best for me (West Elizabeth, between "Little" and "Creek"). Oriole in this place fly in pack of 10 or so, making it super easy to shoot down a whole bunch. Good luck everyone!
At Fort Brennand west of Van Horn, you can get every single small bird except the Pidgeon in one game day. Stand on the wall, and watch the skies...they spawn in waves. 👍
Bandit 1 You can go to St Dennis and hold up people North of the city near the swamp. But don't go to far, if you go past the big brick building it won't count toward the challenge. Bandit #2&4 Robbing the back of the coach and then taking it to the fence counts as two. Meaning for Bandit 2 you only need to get one coach. Bandit 3 If you dress in a random outfit that the town hasn't seen you in and ride a fully bonded horse the townsfolk haven't seen you ride makes it easier for you to avoid a bounty (provided you're wearing a mask). I robbed the doc in Valentine escaped and rode to Wallace station robbed it knocked out the cashier for no witnesses rode to Strawberry robbed him no knock out then rode back to Valentine but avoided the main road and made my way to the back of the General store and robbed him. Lost the law by the river then proceeded to fishing my honor back by catching and releasing them.
What's actually funny about Bandit 10 is that all you really have to do is open up a cabinet or chest and that alone counts and don't even have to take any items if you do the Southern and Eastern trains that are in Rhodes.
For challenge 3 the easiest way is to go to Saint Denis and rob Algernon Wasp’s shop. At night it’s always empty and u can enter and took the cash in the register, just rinse and repeat 4 times ez pz
For Challenge #5: I managed to save this challenge until needing to rescue Micah from the Strawberry jail cell during the story. Somehow, I amassed the $250 bounty requirement but only had to pay $90 to pay off the bounty. I’m assuming the story mission gives you some leeway with that objective but it worked out in the end! All that matters 👌🏻
Number 9 can be done with the same guy. Find one person and hog-tie them and dump them on the tracks. Take them off the tracks and untie them to get into a fistfight. Then hogtie him again and dump him on the tracks
To avoid loosing morality points on Badit 5 (€250 bounty) I went south to FORT RIGGS. Made camp. Then crossed the river where there's sandbanks in the water and the Robin bird spawn point. Now your in red DOA territory territory. (if in Ch2) Put on a Mask! Then hide against the cliff. As the Pinkertons run down the hill, headshot with repeater. Killing the Pinkertons here did not give negative morality, but killing lawmen like in strawberry will. Once bounty reached kill all present, then flee across the River to RIGGS station to pay of bounty. No morality lost. Hope this is useful.
I don’t pay them off, I only carry a hundred dollars or so, I spend it on things I need, and make a camp, and sleep till morning or whenever just sleep, and then surrender to the bounty hunter’s. Sit in jail for a second, and then the bounty is cleared costing you nothing. Thanks for the great video.
There are 2 wagons in Bayou near the O in the word Bayou. The wagons are without people and they respawn. I steal one, sell it and then go in Saint Denis greet 6 people and get my honor back. So for me it's 6 greetings to regain my honor that I lose for a stolen wagon. I would go after every challenge done in the city and great people to get honor back. For 6 steal horses at night. For 9 get gang members from camps . 10 buy ticket and steal just food or something small. For 250 bounty just get on the roof of a train and shoot in the air so the train stops and the driver runs away then drive a bit with the train and get a bounty wont lose honor at all just dont attack anyone. The most difficult one is 4 shops in a day. For this one just hogtie gunsmith so he wont shoot you and the other ones gun is ok. And the steal 50$ just go around till someone pickpokets you, then catch them and get like 250$ from them.
You can also rob people on a train and it'll count for the first challenge For challenge 2 you can shoot the lock, but that may attract attention if there are people around
One question … the mission with Hosea when we kill the big bear … We go first to get a better horse , when during that dialogue with the horse keeper , he mention that we can sell horses without papers that means stolen ones lol and we get more money if they are legit with papers … So why we cannot sell horses to that guy and instead we need to wait for chapter 3 …? It’s a big fail of the game … what you think ?
You can sell to both, you will just get a lower price at the stable than the fence if you dont have the papers for the horse (meaning you haven't bought it). So if you steal or tame a horse from the wild you will get a better price at the fence, and a better price depending of the bonding level. For example, a Mustang, at level 1 you will get $5.20 at the stable or $10.40 at the horse fence, and at level 4 you will get $26 at the stable and $39 at the horse fence. Then rarer the horse and the coat, higher values it has. A good one that you find in the wild is the white arabian, at level4 you can get $360 at the fence.
My luck is never good with these, and Bandit 4 made me rage quit due to just not finding any coaches and having the game say I'm wanted when I had no bounties.
Oh yeah there's a lot of running around for the coaches; if i cant find any i just grab the stagecoach from valentine or emerald ranch and steal it once at destination.
Does it count if I get the bounty during a mission? Because if I save that one until I jail-break Micah it should give me a $300 bounty for doing that mission.
Yeah i just did it with the Micah mission and barley got $80 bounty haha so i had to go back to strawberry and get a higher one. But if you get a $250 bounty during the mission you should be golden.
@@jonoingame I did it last night and it gave me the challenge half way through the shoot-out, but then when the mission was over my bounty was only $85.
haha Cause you're too good! You need to hold up a townsfolk to start the challenge, and they need to be within the boundary of of town city/city for that, you can see that border when you zoom in on the map. cheers
Another way I found is going to Saint Denis and entering the taylor store or the gunsmith store. A guy will pickpocket you. Chase the guy, tackle him down (melee attack with no gun equipped) and retrieve your money. This will trigger the Bandit Challenge.

There are 2 wagons in Bayou near the O in the word Bayou. The wagons are without people and they respawn. I steal one, sell it and then go in Saint Denis greet 6 people and get my honor back. So for me it's 6 greetings to regain my honor that I lose for a stolen wagon. I would go after every challenge done in the city and great people to get honor back. For 6 steal horses at night. For 9 get gang members from camps . 10 buy ticket and steal just food or something small. For 250 bounty just get on the roof of a train and shoot in the air so the train stops and the driver runs away then drive a bit with the train and get a bounty wont lose honor at all just dont attack anyone. The most difficult one is 4 shops in a day. For this one just hogtie gunsmith so he wont shoot you and the other ones gun is ok. And the steal 50$ just go around till someone pickpokets you, then catch them and get like 250$ from them.

For challenge 2 you can shoot the lock, but that may attract attention if there are people around

One question … the mission with Hosea when we kill the big bear …
We go first to get a better horse , when during that dialogue with the horse keeper , he mention that we can sell horses without papers that means stolen ones lol and we get more money if they are legit with papers …
So why we cannot sell horses to that guy and instead we need to wait for chapter 3 …?

You can sell to both, you will just get a lower price at the stable than the fence if you dont have the papers for the horse (meaning you haven't bought it). So if you steal or tame a horse from the wild you will get a better price at the fence, and a better price depending of the bonding level. For example, a Mustang, at level 1 you will get $5.20 at the stable or $10.40 at the horse fence, and at level 4 you will get $26 at the stable and $39 at the horse fence. Then rarer the horse and the coat, higher values it has. A good one that you find in the wild is the white arabian, at level4 you can get $360 at the fence.

Dammit, I’ve stolen/sold a bunch of coaches, but didn’t do the challenge(s) beforehand. 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤣
My luck is never good with these, and Bandit 4 made me rage quit due to just not finding any coaches and having the game say I'm wanted when I had no bounties.
Oh yeah there's a lot of running around for the coaches; if i cant find any i just grab the stagecoach from valentine or emerald ranch and steal it once at destination.
Robbing the doctor guy always gets me wanted and locks the other stores, is there a way to prevent him from running

Does it count if I get the bounty during a mission? Because if I save that one until I jail-break Micah it should give me a $300 bounty for doing that mission.
Yeah i just did it with the Micah mission and barley got $80 bounty haha so i had to go back to strawberry and get a higher one. But if you get a $250 bounty during the mission you should be golden.
@@jonoingame I did it last night and it gave me the challenge half way through the shoot-out, but then when the mission was over my bounty was only $85.

I’m literally in chp 2 my last mission is the sheep and the goats and still didn’t unlock the bandit
haha Cause you're too good! You need to hold up a townsfolk to start the challenge, and they need to be within the boundary of of town city/city for that, you can see that border when you zoom in on the map. cheers

Another way I found is going to Saint Denis and entering the taylor store or the gunsmith store. A guy will pickpocket you. Chase the guy, tackle him down (melee attack with no gun equipped) and retrieve your money. This will trigger the Bandit Challenge.
you can't finish this challenge without killing you honor and getting 1000$ bounty

The hogtie railroad thing doesn’t work. They untie themselves somehow and I just get a bounty
You can trie to knock them out once tied or untie and retie them up. The closer to the track you are the better
