The cross on the onesie ALSO means that if they have a blow out that you can pull it down so you don't have to pull a poopy onesie over their head.
I have one year old boy/girl twins and when they were younger if one of them was crying the other was soothed and entertained and as soon as one baby would stop crying the other would start

We have the auto rock n play for my daughter (5 months old today!) and it is worth every penny. Rocks on its own at two different speeds!
Absolutely agree about the rock n play, I couldn't live without when I had my second baby. He had reflux so it was an absolute lifesaver. We have the auto one so it does rock by itself.
Bonds Australia has their baby stuff on sale! They are sleepers that that zip from top and bottom. Also you can folder sleeves to cover their hands and feet. Amazing and so soft. I know I have mentioned before but just wanted to let you know they were on sale :)

It was crazy when you announced your baby names because I had already picked out my twin girl names (since then I found out I am having one of each) and Violet was my #1 girl name 😂❤️❤️

Love the video! My little one is 5 months old now. You can get a lot of the "doggy pee pads" actually at the hospital (they are called chucks pads) and more than likely they'll be in your hospital room already scanned out to you so definitely take them home. I still always have a few in my diaper bag for explosions on the go lol.
I have the auto rock n play that rocks by itself but it just wasn't fast enough for my daughter so we often had to manually rock it anyway! I'm hoping my next baby likes it better : )
Thanks for this awesome video! I'm a FTM with twin boys coming in April (hopefully not sooner). I have some dog pee pads leftover as well and planned to use them on the change pad as well - glad I'm not the only one thinking that way lol.

I am excited about the Fisher Price Rock n Plays! I'm expecting twins in April and threw these on my registry some time ago. There are two versions - the kind that rocks on it's own (auto rock n play) and the kind you rock manually. So glad to hear you are loving yours!

I have just placed an order for the "sleepyhead". I've heard so much good things about them.
I also tried to swaddle my baby for 2 nights but somehow find it very strange and just don't like to see my baby in a swaddle. Plus she didn't sleep any longer or better in it.

These waterproof liners from target are a lifesaver with my 3 week old. They come in a three pack and I have one in his cradle, in his swing and on his changing table. They're a bit less of an eye sore and so easy to wash!

California baby calendula cream is the best skin cream made- i have used it for any skin “issues” from grandkids to me to my dogs. Best stuff on earth.
Those doggy pee pads are also great for on the way to the hospital, my water broke at home so I folded one into my undies like a pad to catch any thing yucky and sat on one in the car I case I leaked- there can be quite a bit of fluid involved. Also If your worried about you bed sleep on one. I also used them as changing pads, they are super versatile.
Rock and play was a life saver.
Sadly the girls will grow out of the maxi cosi super fast, it's so narrow and they will hate it because they will be uncomfortable. I bought the maxi cosi pria 70 as a convertible and my girl loves it. It's so comfy and a good size for my midsized suv.

they do have the automatic rock n play, that rocks itself. but thats why i originally returned my rock n play, before i had my baby. cause it didnt rock by itself. i didnt kniw until after the fact

Hi Kenda hoping youll give me some advice I know all babies are different expecting twins in one month I am getting the rock n plays but do you think I should get the docatots as well? opinions ? That would be greatly appreciated! Hope you are your littles are doing great
I hear some sort of sounds ( waves like) when you go into the nursery, is that from a machine that makes sounds?

if their behind the ears is cracked and dry it could be eczema defiantly talk to their peds its very common in babies and if so putting oils on is isn't good

If there heads are slouching in the car seats you need to figure out a way to fix it because if there heads slouch forward to much and there air ways get blocked there still not strong enough to lift there heads up and unblock there air ways so just be really careful.
Also never leave them in there car seat with out the straps a lot of parents will sit there infants in a car seat to nap or etc and that is very dangerous we just had a infant die near me at day care because one of the day care workers sat her in her car seat to nap without the safety straps on and her head fell forward and her airways were blocked and she was not strong enough to lift her head back up and when some one noticed it was already to late. :(

Did you find it more convenient to have 2 swings and 2 bouncers ?? I am pregnant with twins and trying to figure out what exactly I need !
Idk if you had your twins yet, but mine are 6months and I had 1 swing. I was going to get another but I was usually always busy with one twin and sometimes put the other in the swing. Then my twin B preferred the swing and loved it more than my Twin A. Lol so one swing worked for me.
The capsules should last you 6-8months. My daughter was a big baby she was just under 10 pounds born and she fit in her capsule for 11 months
Onesies is a definite #1, I couldn't stand sleepers without the legs, my boys hated them too. Wraps are also something you don't need, I would much rather hold my babies. Pacifiers are a big no no, I breastfed for 20 months so no bottles or pacifiers, they ruin the babies teerh.
In my country we have changing pads from huggies and pampers actually meant for children, not dogs. 😉

Hey Kendra, I have the same capsule as you and I found my girl was too slouchy as well. I got it checked out in the shop and they said it was fine but that didn't really help the paranoia. But I found this insert which helped heaps as it meant her head could lie back further than her body. Also if she had a poonami it was much easier to wash than the whole car seat!!

Kay Wells It's really not that hard to find time, I have two sets of twins, 4 months and 2 years, I also go to school at night. If you are organized you have plenty of time.
