- Hey guys! Today I wanted to share some advice if you are pregnant with twins. Now, looking back on those months I have a little more clarity as to how it all went down! But truthfully I try to clear it out of my mind! Being pregnant with two babies is very hard work but in the end I would 100% do it all again! If you are pregnant I wish you the best of luck, the best is yet to come!

Thank you for sharing your advice! I'm 33 weeks with boy/girl twins! You're right, everyone tells me how much work it's going to be, but we have tried infertility treatments for 5 years, and I feel so happy knowing God chose me to be a twin mom! It's just a different mindset I think. Great job with your girls- you're the best!!!!!

Great video!!!! My twins are 2 1/2 and I can't believe it! I had a rough pregnancy. I went into labor at 23 weeks and was admitted to the hospital for 5 days and put on bed rest. I went in to labor again at 29 weeks and admitted for 5 days. Went into labor 2 more times and finally delivered at 36 weeks and 4 days! Whew!! What a journey!!

As a mom of 3 month old twins my favorite advice is dont buy two of everything. During play time babys can share and switch i have one swing but two swing seats and a tummy time mat and a interactive mat for after they eat

I'm not pregnant with twins but this is definitely still good advice. Drinking water is one of the hardest things for me right now (my due date is about a week out) since it gives me such bad heartburn, but I'm doing my best!

I always wanted twins although I'm sure it is much tougher to carry! The closest I got was my little irish twins which are my 2 boys at 11 months apart xx

But really, thank you for your video cut out and saying that we are meant to be twin Moms and we can handle it. I had to pause the video because I just burst into tears and sobbed. I didn't realize how badly I needed to hear that from someone. I'm just so exhausted already from hearing all the negative things people have to say to a FTM, and especially a twin Mom. And I just don't want their negative attitude towards being a Mom, treating it like a burden, to rub off on me. I already have tons of doubts and fears and worry.
So thank you for sharing this, it truly meant the world to me. And came at the exact moment I needed to hear it.

Hi! I really love the way you explain things especially that you're a mom of twins. I am also expecting with my twins. On my 13th week now and kinda nervous but yeah. I also felt your experiences during your pregnancy, lost a lot of weight, well, hyperemis gravidarum, stuff like that. Im not a mum of twins, I have a son that will be 4.5 and another son who will be 3 months off of being 2 when I have my third baby, next year. I wont lie, I am very stressed and scared for how I will handle my 20 month old and newborn, but then I remember that God only gives us what we can handle, and seeing you and Andrew be just such amazing parents of twins really just makes me think "Yep, okay... I can do this!" Thank you for this video.

It's funny you mention about the 3am hormone surge cause the last few nights I have struggled to get back to sleep around 3am when I wake to pee.

Hi Kendra! I have a quick question about your prenatals- I know you mentioned using the Vitamin Code raw prenatals.. I'd like to switch to these but was wondering if you also supplemented with DHA in any form? Having a hard time finding a good DHA/EPA supplement so was wondering what you took, if at all? I've been looking into the same vitamin code prenatal but they don't contain DHA. Did you take a separate vitamin for DHA?
I am having twins and ppl always react to me smiling: (u don’t know what’s waiting for you) and I am like u really couldn’t make it any easier.
I read the what to expect for multiples too. Pretty much learned that my "fit" & "don't eat too much" needed to go out the window with twins. I had no idea how great your girls measured at birth!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 my girls measured 6.3 lb & 6.10 lb & it was HARD past 34 weeks 😬 I wish someone would've warned me about the csection pain/recovery. My mom and aunt each had twins but they didn't really warn me about that. Great video!

Hi Kendra! This was so fascinating even though I'm 9 weeks pregnant with just one (at least I'm only aware of one so far haha!). I wanted to get your take on DHA supplements during pregnancy? Oh my goodness, thank you so much for this video. So relatable. I’m currently in my 18th week with my twin pregnancy (first pregnancy) and it has been such an uphill battle 😩
Feels like I’ll never feel like myself again, being sick didn’t stop at 12 weeks like I expected, then 14 weeks then 16 weeks and now still sick at 18 weeks.
I also haven’t gotten that surge of energy after the first trimester, have been dog tired throughout 🤕

I suspect I'm having twins. This pregnancy is Way different then my others. I've been run down since day one of conception, eating every two hours almost lol I'm 7 weeks today and I'm showing already 😲 I can't wait til the ultrasound in a few weeks.
It has been a dream of mine for quite a long time to have twins. My oldest sisters are fraternal twins. It is infatuating to me that our bodies can do such a thing. Truly a blessing and miracle. I do have a 16 month old and wonder how it would be if I were to get pregnant with twins after having one. HARD! Ha. Like you said though, you just figure it out. Thanks for sharing just in case my dream ever becomes a reality. ;)

I'm not even married but I want twins now because of you! Even though it was a rough pregnancy, they are just so cute and look like so much fun!
Another piece of advice I'd throw in for Mo/Di, is to take TTTS very seriously and do your research very throughly. I was pregnant with mo/di boys and my OB was not very knowledgeable in the twin department. I was completely lost with the internet telling me one thing and him saying another. He wouldn't refer me to a specialist until I was 18 weeks. By then it was too late and I lost one of my boys at 22 weeks.
Oh I am so so sorry! Yes I started seeing my perinatologist pretty early on. It is a very scary thing!
Amanda Renea I'm 18 weeks, mono di and I dont think I'm seeing a specialist.. I havent gotten an ultrasound since I was 8 weeks but I'm getting my anatomy scan in a few days at 19 weeks with a twin specialist
